Paul Stine Chevrolet Review:
Deceitful and incompetent. I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban with less than 35,000 miles on it in March of 2020. Dealership stated that the vehicle had 4 new tires and 20 inch wheels. I drove the vehicle 520 miles back to North Carolina the day I took possession of it. The next day, I took the vehicle to the largest GMC Dealership in Wilmington, NC and this is what their technicians told me: The vehicle actually has 18 inch wheels, all 4 tires completely failed road-force balancing, the fluid in the transfer case was so low the technicians were amazed that there wasn't damage to the vehicle and to top it all off, the cabin air filter had never been changed. Because of the issue with the tires, I had to replace all 4 of them. That same day, I emailed Paul Stine Chevrolet (dba Murray Motors Chevrolet) and their response was laughable, "we can't help you now because you replaced the tires. If you had brought the vehicle back to us then we could have inspected it. If you still have the 4 original tires then you could ship them to us and we could send them to the manufacturer and ask for replacements". Sure Murray Motors Chevrolet, I'll just drive 520 miles to have your incompetent technicians who never looked at the vehicle in the first place, perform the same inspection that these certified GM mechanics already did. The only way to hold a business like this accountable was through civil litigation. Bottom line, if your IQ exceeds your shoe size, DON'T EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
