2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid - "Overall, I love it, my favorite car ever. Wife loves it too - quiet, comfortable, we feel smug (forgive us Lord) rolling into gas stations. We drive 200 miles each way to visit daughter and 240 each way to vacation home once a month, so the mileage and range (1 tank of gas for whole trip) are pleasures. Has lots of features, sun-roof is a delight. I would buy a 4 wheel drive version if it came out...." |
2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - "We have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler that our daughter drives. It has been flawless with the inline 6 and 90,000 miles. We gave it to her after a couple of years because it was too small and not practical. Enter the new 4 door. I was excited about the Toyota FJ and Toyotas reputation for quality and reliability...." |
2008 Lexus IS-Series - "I have had my eye on the IS since the 2nd Generation came out two years ago. I finally traded my car for a 2008 IS250 RWD. All I have to say is just perfect for my needs. The IS looks like a sports car mixed with a sedan, yet the outside line is elegant and gives a nice impression...." |
2007 Kia Rondo - "This is one of the nicest cars I have ever owned; it's very roomy for all passengers (even in the back seat), and I like the driver seat height adjustment, being as I am such a short individual. The ride is nice and quiet, and even when passing, the engine slips smoothly into higher gear for ease of passing or getting on the highway. The cabin is bright and open, with very few...." |
2007 Mazda MAZDASPEED3 - "This segment is robust with entries. Coming from 30+ yrs of driving Hi-HP RWD's, this was to be my 1st sport compact. It was also to be delegated as my primary DD as I was finally giving in to $3 a gallon fuel prices on my 100+ mile per day commute. I did a lot of research prior to purchase for a vehicle with some mpg skills that didn't give up the farm on performance...." |
2007 Jeep Liberty - "Not only is the standard 3.7L V-6 powerful, the value to performance ratio also exceeds most if not all others in its class. I put several small SUVs to the task including the Kia, which looks nice but when compared to Jeep was underpowered. The Liberty provides 210 horsepower which in more than enough to run with many heavier and larger vehicles...." |
2007 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class - "I do not want to dissuade anyone from buying this car. It is the best of all the cars I have driven in this class, Mercedes focused efforts at providing a quality product and excellent driving vehicle worthy of the autobahn shows itself with in this car. But with that comes a snobbishness that says you will learn and like our controls, or find yourself with...." |
2007 Toyota Prius - "Very hard to fault this car in any way. There is a reason why in Consumer Reports poll 95% of Prius owners say they would buy a Prius again. Compare that to 80% figures for most of the popular models from Honda and Toyota. This was the highest approval rating for any car in the poll. The surprising thing is that the car is so very easy to drive...." |
2006 BMW M3 - "I want to pass along the favor and tell others who are on the fence or mildly thinking about getting a M3 to take the leap! I originally bought this car to replace my 2004 Z4 3.0. When I purchased the Z about two years ago, I thought it would be the answer to fulfill my need of a convertible. However during those 2 years with the Z, I always felt something was missing...." |
2006 Saturn VUE - "We purchased the 06 VUE in Aug 2005 and just simply love it and now have 33,567 miles on it. The car has been fantastic with only one trip to the dealer for a driver's seat belt replacement. The Honda engine and transmission have been great, it is soooo smooth. If you are not careful you could burn the tires off with hard acceleration. It gets good gas mileage as...." |
2008 Ford Ranger - "I have owned a 1993 Ranger Splash for 13 years. It has been a good Truck with 206,000 miles to date and still strong. I like the 4.0 engine. I wanted another Ranger but this time with the super cab. I bought an '08 FX4 and have put 2,300 miles on it at the time of this review. I am averaging about 16mpg. The truck is nice, rides good, suspension feels...." |
2007 Acura MDX - "When I started my car search I narrowed my list quickly: most of the big SUVs, and even many mid-sized ones, had unacceptably bad roll over or crash test ratings. The MDX scored at the top, and it's clear that Acura has put a lot of thought into safety. The powerful engine and brakes, and nimble handling make this a safer car, as well, and you can tell the wife that when...." |
