I hated the Lexus dealership next door. That's the only reason I went Jag but they are owned by the same guy. Hope Lexus sees this. Cons: How would you improve 2010 Jaguar XF? Global window feature as been deactivated? Jaguar says it is a child safety issue? They don't get it that this is not a child transport automobile. It already has a safety feature for this built in. You had the option to turn it on or off (global windows up) but they have deactivated this feature but left the buttons on board and in the touch screen? Why do they have so many duplicate buttons for the same feature? Navigation system sucks it does not work and not user friendly even the dealership can't help. I went and bought myself a portable one. Shame on Jaguar! This being a luxury car it should have more rear passenger luxury features. Trunk should have auto close feature. 2010 Jaguar XF Review: Overall I like the car, but very disappointed in overall customer service. Only had it for 2 months. Will post again at 6 months.
