Pros: What do you like about 2009 Toyota Prius?
I like just about everything so far.

Cons: How would you improve 2009 Toyota Prius?
I have a 2009 Prius with 45000 miles. When I bought the car, it was getting 50+ mpg but slowly, the mpg is diminishing to its current mpg of 41. I have maintained the vehicle to the manufactures specs. My dealer says in winter, it gets less.I have my doubts because last winter it had never sunk as low as it is at this present time.

I have a 2005 Toyota Prius and I get 53-62 mpg, have gotten 74 mpg w/weather conditions good, no wind, at 55 mph, all city, 210 miles. And one r/t of 125 miles, calculated at 74 mpgs, at about 4.6 or 4.8 gallons of gas fill up after run.

Cons: How would you improve 2009 Toyota Prius?
On 2009 power or manual all way adjust seat front drivers seat.

DC power at power outlet for powering cellular phones or other dc powered items, when vehicle is off and one is in the mall for a short period of time. Maybe with one or two hours shutoff when accessory is plugged into power outlet.

Otherwise the car is very very good.

Too soon to tell, I like it so far.
If your $3000.00 battery goes bad, Toyota will replace it free of charge.

1. Like small size and interior feel of roominess.
2. Handles like a dream-fun to drive.
3. Gas mileage.
4. Display for Navigation System etc.
5. We love our 2009 Prius and are very happy with it.

1. More comfortable front seats with lumbar support.
2. Would like front seats to be more adjustable-power front seats?
3. Blind spot in rear view mirror although we have the navigation system with back-up camera/display.

Gas Mileage.
Sports Car Feel.
Display.
Rapid Acceleration.
No key to handle, drop, lose.
Backup video screen.

Cruise control takes too long to kick in after restart from a stop.
Seats could be more comfortable.
