2009 Saab 9-7X

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Saab 9-7X?
I like the styling of the vehicle and like the fact that it comes with the hitch as standard.
I also like the dashboard of the vehicle as well as the stiffer ride vs. a Trailblazer.

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Saab 9-7X?
I wish that the rear suspension as it raises the rear of the truck was quieter and would like to have seen a more significant change in terms of the actual gauges (they are exactly like the Chevy and GMC).

I also would like to have seen a rain sensing sunroof that could close on it's own.

An mp3 jack would have been great.

More storage up front as well.

2006 Saab 9-7X Review:
Overall, the vehicle has been good, however, we have had to change the rear suspension once because the right side of the rear would not rise to the proper ride height and the vehicle always sat as if it had a flat rear right tire. I was told this is a common problem on the vehicle.

I do like the 6 and feel comfortable with the reliability to date. I was afraid of buying the v8 as this was Saab's first v8 and I was concerned that it may still not be as good as the standard GM 6.

Less vibration through the steering wheel.
Be able to have full time 4 wheel drive.
The little knobs for the air vents are a bit fragile.

2006 Saab 9-7X Review:
I was turning a corner, in the snow and the back end fish tailed because the 4 wheel drive does not engage until the rear wheels are sliding. By the time the 4 wheel drive was engaged the back end had finished its swing-around. A selector switch for full time 4x4 would be nice.

2008 Saab 9-7X Review:
Great SUV. Good power, and plenty of comfort. Offers all of the extras as standard, for half the price of other suv's in its class. This is not a cross over. The GM platform is tested and reliable. Reasonable cost, unlike the others.

The AWD and 300HP perform flawlessly.
Still getting 20mpg on the highway.

Cup holders are in bad locations.

2007 Saab 9-7X Review:
The 9-7x 5.3i is a great vehicle. I have had no issues with it at all. The size is just right for my needs. Rear seats fold down for bigger items. Comfortable vehicle that is sure-footed in inclement weather.

I like the whole car. I like the exterior and a very nice design.

How could I improve mmmmmmmmmmmmm! It could improve by if it could be a 3rd row seating and navigation and dvd player 2 moon roofs, basically a Lincoln mkt.

Handles Well, very roomy and has many features that is standard. The 0 interest deal was Great!!!

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Saab 9-7X?
Add front, side and rear bumpers. Relocate the front cup holder away from gear shift. The gear shift makes it hard to set a large cup in the holder. Also, the passenger cup holder drops down from the front panel. However it is too close to the (very expensive) navigational system and should be relocated. With the door closed, it is nearly impossible to reach down into the side door pocket. There is not enough room between the door and the seat.
