Pros: What do you like about 2009 Pontiac Vibe? 1...Several thousand dollars less then comparable Matrix. 2...On Star (not available on Matrix) phone works great when cell phone out of range in mountains. 3...Insurance cost less because it's a "wagon" not a sedan and On-Star works like Lo-Jack. 4...Performance very good for 2.4L. (goes quicker than daughters new Mazda3 Sportwagon). 5... Lot's of cup holders for all passengers. Cons: How would you improve 2009 Pontiac Vibe? 1...Make roof rack with greater weight capacity than 70 lbs. 2...Have optional towing package available....not necessarily to use for towing but to attach a bike rack or camping gear rack since roof rack is not up to par with other SUV type vehicles. 3...Large screen GPS option would be nice but then again the Vibe is supposed to be "entery level" vehicle. 2009 Pontiac Vibe Review: Over all my Vibe performs well for a small utility vehicle with modern style. Fuel mileage is 25-26 combined city/hwy which is what is advertised. Most likely would get better mileage but feeling the thrill of quick acceleration at the on ramps is always a temptation.

Pros: What do you like about 2009 Pontiac Vibe? Drives well, lots of power, quiet interior, comforable seats, lots of cargo space, great sound system (base). Cons: How would you improve 2009 Pontiac Vibe? Not enough options come with the car, or are even available. Basically it is everything that Toyota offers and lacks the GM extras. 2009 Pontiac Vibe Review: I recomend this car to everyone, it is a great purchase and I hope to have it for a very long time.

Pros: What do you like about 2009 Pontiac Vibe? economy, parking ease, good ride and road noise. also like the overall appearance of this new vibe. Cons: How would you improve 2009 Pontiac Vibe? needs more options like interior colors and heated and leather seats. needs 5-speed auto. transmission on awd model and aluminum alloy wheel option on awd. 2009 Pontiac Vibe Review: we have owned our new 2009 awd vibe for two months now and have about 2300 miles on it. overall we are quite happy with it but there are some things that pontiac could do to increase customer satisfaction. for one it needs the option of another color interior other than black. the black interior is terrible for showing dirt and dust and we live on a gravel road which makes it worse. also in this day and age many people are used to having a few amenities like leather seats and heated seats for winter driving. there are no options for either. like i said we live on a gravel road. we did not like the standard wheel option because wet gravel can be hard to clean out between plastic covers so we opted for the chrome plated aluminum. that appears to be a mistake also because at 1500 miles i noticed that the chrome is chipping and peeling. it appears to be a cheap stick on plastic chrome covering. one would think that for 650 dollars you could get more than a plastic covering. i suppose if you didn't live on a gravel road it would not be a problem but we do. it would have been nice to have the alum.wheel option that is offered without awd. also why is the 5-speed auto. trans. not offered on the awd model. it makes you feel like you are giving up a lot to be able to get the awd option. as far as driving this car i think my wife and i both like the way it performs. we were a bit disappointed with the mpg but overall it does ok. we have been getting 26-27 during hwy. driving and has never gone below 21 even when the roads were soft this spring. to go at interstate speed the motor runs at 3grand hinting the need for another gear. if pontiac would do a little more work on their option packages i think this vibe could be a real winner.
