Not enought down shift after you take your foot off the gas. Add a little cubby space.

everything about it is top notch, good performance, smooth quiet ride, would I buy one again, you bet.

I would prefer the all red taillight assembly compared to the current white type accent.

all in all well built comfortable ride, good power, good view of the road,well done.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Mercury Sable?
Comfortable, attractive car, it has a lot more power this year. It has a higher seating arrangement, comparable to an SUV, to the sight lines are excellent, which is more than I can say for a lot of other cars. For a large car it moves very well on the road, and the turning and acceleration are gratifying. The old Sable was an embarrasing car. Not worth owning. This is totally different. I like it a lot, and I am an import buyer (Nissan Maxima is my current car).

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Mercury Sable?
Xenon headlights, bluetooth. Black and tan interior would be a little nicer than gray and tan. But the interior is very nice. the rear design while pretty good is not as good as the front, which is excellent.

2008 Mercury Sable Review:
This is a very fine car, it is solid and reminds me (in fact) of a Mercedes in its solidity.I hope a lot of Honda and Toyota buyers give it a good look. I am going to buy a new car this year, and if I can convince my wife that the Mercury is a solid value proposition I intend to buy it. By the way, the Sage and Dark Ink Blue are great colors.
