A super compact with either engine; a mad and delightful pocket rocket with Speed3 version. Braking is superb. Stock tires stick -- until cold weather.
They wear very quickly, raising the second year costs of operating the toy. Mazda dealers seem unfriendly and parts expensive, compared to Honda and Saturn, e.g. The 2.5 is available on sedans and the 2.0 on hatchbacks in Canada. But with the wide tires, snows on smaller wheels are a necessity.
So tires, snow tires, and wheels add $1600 to car within a year! Darn, it is worth it, darn! |
