I love the way it looks.

Drinks a lot of gas...

2009 Dodge Nitro Review:
Airbag censor have gone bad light keeps coming on.
Bushing spring came off passenger door.
I've only had the SUV 8mths and all of this. Can't get it fixed due to warranty expired due to miles, boy that sucks.

Pros: What do you like about 2009 Dodge Nitro?
I like the way it looks and it drives good for a sport utility.

Cons: How would you improve 2009 Dodge Nitro?
It needs a lot better mpg. Drinks gas fast.
And fix the problem with engine stalling before someone gets killed.

2009 Dodge Nitro Review:
I loved my 2009 nitro when I bought it brand new, until it lost power to engine and instrument cluster while driving in traffic 2 times. Then I took it to the dealer and they could't reproduce it so they could't help me. So I am still driving it with 20k miles on it and it has done it now 6 times and they still won't do anything about it. So stay away from the Dodge Nitro unless you want to get ran over in traffic.

I am scared to let my 17 y/o drive it, so she drives a Ford Taurus instead that doesn't stop in traffic. It sucks to pay pmts on a vehicle you don't feel safe letting your kids ride in.

2009 Dodge Nitro Review:
We bought our 21 year old daughter a 2009 Nitro last December. We went away this week on a trip and she called and said that smoke was coming out from under it. I didn't know what it was and told her to go to Dodge and let them look at it. They said the cooling system went out and a oil line broke. It just makes you wonder why this should happen to a car that is not even a year old.
