I love the look and the room! Cons: How would you improve 2009 Dodge Journey?
Making the back a little easier to get into. 2009 Dodge Journey Review:
I've had my Journey for 7 months now and I'm wondering what I got myself into. The brakes starting shimming at 5000 miles and the rotors had to be changed. Now I can't open my windows, move my mirrors, or lock my doors from the drivers side. What's next? |

Nothing. 2009 Dodge Journey Review:
I have nothing but problems. It has been in the shop about 6 times not including all the recalls they needed to be fixed. This is the worst car I have ever owned. The brake went out at 13000 miles and I had to pay out of my pocket because they said that was wear and tear. Never buy this vehicle. |

I like the room it has. 2009 Dodge Journey Review:
I have had my Journey for 1 yr now and I have had it back at the dealer 4 times for computer problems. On several occasions I would go out to start the car and it would not turn over. They have replaced the mother board and just recently the computer module and gave me two new keys. The very next day it would not turn over again. For being able to rely on, it is not dependable. |

you know what, better everything 2009 Dodge Journey Review:
Had the car for less than 1 year and it was in the shop for a total of 5 1/2 weeks. First the car make a large rattling sound when I accelerated, but was told that it was normal. Next the car had to replace 2 parts including the steering column due to defective parts. Now my engine has seized and had to wait a total of 2 weeks for a new tranny. Now I have a ticking sound along with the rattling, grinding sound after all these repairs were done. On top of that, I got a new recall regarding the electrical system. The service manager will now finally check the car himself. Wow I wonder what else can go wrong? Also I lost almost half the value of the car in less than 1 year. DON'T BUY THIS CAR OR ANY OTHER DODGE PRODUCTS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S NO WONDER THEY FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY. |

It seemed to be a good car when we first got it. Cons: How would you improve 2009 Dodge Journey?
Everything is falling apart on it. It has been in the shop more times than I care to count. The brakes went out at 12,000 miles, the motor went out on the power window, ignition key needed to be replaced, needed a whole new ignition after that, and just recently we had an electrical problem and we got a recall notice in the mail. |

Very Good Price, You get allot for the money. Excellent vehicle for our growing family...enough seats for the cousins and friends Cons: How would you improve 2009 Dodge Journey?
make the third row of seats more acessable when their are two car seats in the second row. The interior is a little less refined then other brands but the gadgets are great 2009 Dodge Journey Review:
We purchased the Journey after we totaled out our family car in an accident. The price was very competative. The number of extras that you get for the money was awesome. The interior is a little less refined but the extras more than make up for it. The one annoying thing is the inability to access the third row of seats when two car seats are in the 2nd row. Oh well they wont be little for ever <grin> |
