Pros: What do you like about 2008 Subaru Tribeca? * Beautiful interior * Engine used regular gas * Sophisticated all wheel drive system * Nice exterior lines * Powerful engine * Multi-setting transmission * Handles more like a car than an SUV Cons: How would you improve 2008 Subaru Tribeca? * Uncomfortable steering position without a telescoping steering wheel * Tiny gas tank (16.9 gallons) means very short driving range * No engine upgrades available for those who like to "tinker" with their cars * Slick leather steering wheel 2008 Subaru Tribeca Review: I traded in a 2006 Subaru Outback for this used 2008 Tribeca, and regret it. The Tribeca is a wonderful vehicle, but the short driving range and steering position is a real negative for me. At 6"2", I have the drivers seat back a ways, but then have to drive with my arms locked out strait out since the steering wheel is only a couple of inches from the dash. Had I known this would bother me so much after driving it cross country, I would have kept my Outback. The AWD system is robust, taking snow and rain with ease. The interior is a work of art, and every vehicle I look into now seems so plain. My Tribeca is a former rental car, meaning abused, however it runs like it is brand new with minimal maintenance.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Subaru Tribeca? Love the size over our previous outbacks. It's got adequate power, though I would like some more, can you ever have enough? Interior design is unique, no copying here, 2008 exterior is a vast improvement over previous year models. All the bells and whistles, auto dimming mirrors, puddle lights, heated leather seats, navigation, back up camera, dvd system, roof rack, etc... Cons: How would you improve 2008 Subaru Tribeca? Would like a larger fuel tank, what were they thinking? Better sound system options, I've got the premium package but they didn't go far enough, had a McIntosh in our old Outback, can't upgrade due to navigation and climate control integration, more power. 2008 Subaru Tribeca Review: This car was a logical choice for us, we wanted more room and have been very pleased with the quality of the Subaru vehicles we have owned for the last 10 years. Better than any domestic owned vehicle I have ever bought and they didn't cost the tax payers billions in bail out money!!!

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Subaru Tribeca? Great for winter driving with proper snow tires. Radio controls on steering wheel. More than enough power for excellent acceleration. Cons: How would you improve 2008 Subaru Tribeca? My Tribeca goes thru about a quart of oil every 1000 miles. Dealer claims that is the industry standard. They won't do anything about that unless it uses more than a quart every 1000 miles. I thought for a new car 3 quarts of oil between oil changes was way to much. It also has a very noisy back end not sure if it's the struts or cargo area. 2008 Subaru Tribeca Review: I would never buy or recommend a Subaru to anyone!

I like the way the car handles. the interior is wonderful and how easily accessible controls are while driving.I also like the acceleration of the car it has a lot of get up and go. Cons: How would you improve 2008 Subaru Tribeca? I would give it a bigger gas tank and try to improve the mpg in city. 2008 Subaru Tribeca Review: It is a overall great vehicle a few minor adjustments need to be made but overall one of best cars i have ever owned. |

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Subaru Tribeca? Great handling and comfortable ride. Love that the turning ratio is small road and city friendly. Need to turn around and go the other way quickly? No problem in this car. I'm a Subaru buyer becaue I'm familiar with the performance and reliabilty from previous Subaru models I've owned. The icing on the cake is the beautiful dash and an interior that looks a bit like an airplane cockpit. And the price ... A BMW for a lot less. Cons: How would you improve 2008 Subaru Tribeca? Add more colors and interior/exterior combos. Shave off the top inner corner of the drivers mirror. No need for that ... rather have road visibility there. 2008 Subaru Tribeca Review: It's a keeper.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Subaru Tribeca? nav sys, backup camera, wider mirrors, stability control, reg gas, audio controls on steering wheel Cons: How would you improve 2008 Subaru Tribeca? I was used to Legacy turbo model - give it more power. 2008 Subaru Tribeca Review: I looked at several models, but with my Costco mbrship, was able to deal under invoice. Seems more like a Lexus in interior.
