Pros: What do you like about 2008 Kia Rondo? 2.7 V6 has excellent torque and passing power. MPG average for city/hwy has been around 25. The five-speed transmission shifts smoothly. The interior is fitted with durable materials and the dash, center console, and controls are designed well and easy to use. Road noise is minimal. Visibility is good all around. As for safety, the Rondo is very well equipped - from the standard stability control, to ABS, to curtain airbags and more, I feel very comfortable, safe and confident in the Kia Rondo V6 EX. I'm 6'3 and fit just fit in this little gem! Cons: How would you improve 2008 Kia Rondo? Add dual exhaust on the 2.7 V6 engine - which is shared with other versions in KIA's line up. 2008 Kia Rondo Review: After years of seeing the old Ford Fiestas and Aspires (powered by KIA's engine and drive-train) with nearly 300k miles on the road - I'm glad Kia is on its own and making progress world-wide. In the 80's my import of choice was Volkswagen, followed by Honda in the 90's. Now, I've finally gone with the Korean makes - after a short marriage to Dodge! And, frankly the build, design, engineering is under-rated! It's the economy! The U.S. dollar buys more Korean. Not that KIA's are "cheap". Get smart, research, try a KIA for size. |
