Pros: What do you like about 2008 Ford Mustang?
Grabber orange exterior with solid black interior. Thorogood on the radio singing "Bad To The Bone." Only in America built by Americans for Americans. Flared out fenders. Seventeen inch wide tires.

I still don't know what that hole in the middle of the dash is for but it took me two weeks to discover that flashing thing in the dash meant the air in a front tire was low.

I had a 65 Austin Healey convertable that I loved but this orange Mustang is getting close and is a lot of fun to drive.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
I keep looking at add ons, but I really like the car the way it came out of the showroom.

Rear end is a little loose because the rear axle is solid. Ford makes an upgraded suspension for after market but unless I'm looking to start racing at sixty five years old, the car handles well under eighty. More than eighty and it gets goosey, but so do most cars that don't race.

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
I'm more than happy with the car.

There is no storage anywhere. So I either have to buy a truck, which means no new boat, or get rid of the Hayabusa; or, buy a truck or get a trailer for the Hayabusa and just leave it on the Mustang all the time for stuff I need to haul someplace. And then there are the pretty women that keep throwing themselves on the hood of the car and slobbering on the paint....

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Ford Mustang?
Almost every thing done on the car is of top notch and designed for the purpose of what the car is supposed to be.

All body fits are good, powers is good, auto transmission is good and positive.

Fuel economy is good as long as you keep your foot out of the throttle, and when your foot is in the throttle the performance is good, and the engine exhaust sound is good.

There is no wind noise right out to 130 mph. Will it go faster.... definitely.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
Power seat on the passenger side, outside thermometer, full size highway tire and wheel that matches what's on the ground.

Improve the aerodynamics a little as it gets light at 140mph.. but then who needs to be going that fast anyways except on a race track?

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
Ford did good execution on all aspects of the car and although the interior is of plastic, the fit is good and going to other types of materials would have raised the price of the car and thus put it out of the reach of some.

I've owned mustangs of the 60's, ridden in A.C. Cobra's, Dodge 440 six pac's, Chevrolet 396's, Corvette's with 427's, owned 2 different Jaguars, and the mustang will hang right in there with the best as long as apples are compared to apples.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Ford Mustang?
I have a candy apple red GT/CS, 5 speed.
The dash look.
Drivers seat comfort.
The way the rear of the car drops down when you get give it gas.
The exterior look of the car.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
The car needs better cup holder placement.
Heated mirrors.
High speed vibration needs to be dealt with.
Temp gauge needs to be added to rear mirror.
More horse power. better gas millage.
A hood with a scoop that functions not there for looks.
The interior is crap plastic.
More selection choices for the interior to better match the exterior of the car if ford sales it give us the option to put it on the car.ie .. if I have a red car I don't want parchment and black in my car. I want red and black interior.
Quit limiting our options on packages.

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
This is my third mustang and I bought this one because it reminded me of my 65 coupe. However looking back on ordering this car form the dealer I would not do it again because of the limits in options put on by Ford.
I love the look of the car, but for the money it's a wash.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Ford Mustang?
1. Great looks (I have the California Special).
2. Great Power, it is super quick (it weights about 300 lbs less than my old 2003 Mach1).
3. Beautiful interior with great seats (I am 6 ft 4 in).
4. Sound system is superior.
5. I am averaging 21 mpg city and have hit 30 mpg highway at 65 mph steady.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
1. Tilt steering wheel release is hard to access when I am sitting behind the wheel (put it back on the steering column).
2. No interior trunk release (have to use the key fob which is not active when car is running).
3. No outside temp thermometer.
4. No compass.
5. Not enough excuses for the wife as to why I need to go someplace.

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
I have been extemely pleased with my new Mustang. I now have 2800 miles on it and it has performed flawlessly. It is leaps and bounds ahead of my 2003 Mach1 that I sold to purchase this one. The weight distribution difference is very apparent. The handling is superior in every way. I have also been pleasantly suprised by the interior noise level and the sold feel of the car in general. Overall quality appears to be much improved, especially fit & finish and paint. The interior quality mirrors the exterior. I am a 67 year old retired male.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Ford Mustang?
Good looking exterior.
Horsepower is great, plenty to get into trouble with.
Convertible top looks good up, many convertibles have a bad body line when the top is up, not the mustang. Looks like a convertible was thought of in the initial design, not an after thought.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
Agree with many of the other comments, cheap plastic interior, but fit is good.
Yes, an exterior temp would be nice, in the mirror would be ideal.
Hate that tire pressure sensor! Pain in the butt.
And whats the deal, no automatic headlights, come on, that's becoming standard on most cars now days just like remote door locks.
Change radio to a Bose system. My Chevy truck out does it big time.

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
Great muscle car for the price and gets a lot of compliments, (08 GT CS Convertible). Fun car to drive, plenty of power.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Ford Mustang?
Power.
Looks (bullitt highland green color).
Seats.
Trunk space.
Wheels.
Shifter feel.
Engine sound.
So far, fairly tight build quality no rattles but ....only 13K.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
Gear shifting could be a more precise.
Lack of a spare tire is dumb.
Heated seats.

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
Great overall.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Ford Mustang?
Love the look.
Love the handling.
Love the comfort.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
Less road noise.
Interior trunk release.
V-6 is quick, but could use a couple more horses...

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
Recurring problem, Battery drains completely when not driven for 6 or 7 days, not so much as a dome light. Have had to the dealer 4 times and they say nothing wrong. (one replaced battery but did not help) Has been very disappointing returning from business trips to a dead battery. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Ford Mustang?
The exterior is the best part of the car, but it needs more standard equipment accents.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
Redesign the whole interior, it is cheap plastic and has a very drab design. The cup holders are usless in the 5 speed version. Interior has no flare at all. The car does not handle good at high speed, hard to keep the back end on the road. It bounces off the road on every bump. My 2008 GT rides terrible, its like driving a dump truck with concrete wheels. Engine is very sluggish on the response (loose the electronic throttle control).

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
Mustang GT is the bottom end muscle car. Consider the Chevy Camaro, better looking more powerful. Also the dodge Challenger has a higher rating for speed, looks and performance.

Looks good, drives good, mpg's good.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
Cup holders in rear.
Interior trunk release.

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
I love my car overall, however, I have had it in the shop 3 times. Left speaker vibration, noisy clutch, and most recently, loud trow out bearing noise. Speaker was fixed, but clutch noise and throw out bearing noise are acknowledged by Ford, but, they will not fix them. That is a shame!!!

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Ford Mustang?
Fast, sleek exterior. Fast, powerful. I do not agree with the other people here that say it does not have great performance for the price.

Cons: How would you improve 2008 Ford Mustang?
Initial reliability. I had problems with my 2008 mustang. Had to bring it into the dealership twice.

2008 Ford Mustang Review:
This car is very competitive. You should make car manufacturers and dealers compete for your business.
