Pros: What do you like about 2008 Cadillac STS?
Keyless Ignition.
Steering Wheel.
Manual Shifting. Cons: How would you improve 2008 Cadillac STS?
I have a 6 cyl. and it vibrates like crazy when you are stopped with the brake on. It vibrates when you are going 35 to 45 miles an hour. I think this is the 6 speed transmission that has to work too hard and feels like the motor is not powerful enough to propel the car. This really aggravates me.
I have bought 11 new Caddy's starting in 1969 and except for the 4-6-8 motor on my 1981 Seville, this has to be the worst motor that I have driven. They should have modified the transmission with a lower gear ratio to get rid of this vibration. The dealership tells me there is nothing they can do about this.
The trunk is very small. I can hardly get my Golf Clubs in the trunk. They should have made the trunk go out to the wheel wells instead like the old STS's. 2008 Cadillac STS Review:
The interior really isn't that nice. We have a Lexus and it has a nicer interior plus a real nice trunk.
I don't like the information on the radio. The digital clock numerals are too small and difficult to see in the daylight.
They got rid of the Gas Tank Lock. Why?
The trunk should be wider to allow easier entry of wide articles. (Golf Clubs)
There should be more chrome on the outside of the car, around the windows and a strip in the middle of the door.
I bought this car in 5 minutes because I fell in love with the Front Grill. I don't know why they can't fix the vibration on the Shifter. When you put it in the manual shifter mode, it does not vibrate. I can't figure that out. |
