This car is just a dream to drive and looks FANTASTIC!! I just picked up my new 2007 S40 3 days ago at Volvo of North Scottsdale.
I had to trade in my 2006 VW Jetta GL with all of 12,220 miles on it because the whole clutch went out for the 3rd time!! First time was at barely 2,000 miles..this car is a $20,000 something piece of junk on wheels..also it looks ugly compared to previous Jettas. VW refused to honor its 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty and repairs were to cost $2,425. VW's are made in Mexico ...so that could explain some of the major problems associated with that car.
I finally had enough and researched cars online. My s40 was cheaper than what I paid for my Jetta and looks a million times better. This car handles smoothly and the interior is very well laid out with quality materials. My 12 year son said he this car when he turns driving age because "it's hot and its a Volvo".
Bottom line is... this car is built well, handles well and looks terrific! |
