Rear windows (2-dr) do not open. Sunroof not an option on 2-dr. 80% manufactured in Germany. 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit Review:
This is a killer car for the price! I looked at all the pretenders (Sentra, Mazda3, Civic) and found the Rabbit a solid, well designed machine. In addition, it has many standard features which are options on the rest. Lastly, my new Rabbit came with a PZEV engine - very, very clean & very, very green. |

picked it up a week ago, love how responsive and zippy the 2.5 I5 is.
really roomy, i had a jetta before and there is more room in this car. cool features inside as well, although would have put the ipod adapter in the center, not the glovebox, but for 15K what can you do? great car, great price. |

XM radio option and heated seat option for 2 door Rabbits 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit Review:
After owning a Lemon 2006 Jetta TDI (which was replaced by VW with another TDI that also had problems,) I decided to get the 2Dr Rabbit. I am very pleased with the interior space and even the access to the rear seats. The Rabbit is fun to drive, uses regular gas and the Price is right, $16,450 - 2dr with ESP and 16" alloys. (thanks to Michael at Lindsy VW.) I really enjoy driving my new Rabbit |

Upscale styling, solid handling, spacious, great price Cons: How would you improve 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit?
Fuel economy. Although I'm averaging 30mpg I still think VW could take a hint from Honda in the MPG area. 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit Review:
Rock-solid handling: corner at 30 and the car barely leans.
Performance: starting, stopping, turning on a dime. These are qualities that make a vehicle safe (and fun to drive). And the 10 airbag system doesn't hurt either.
The exterior styling is more refined than the previous model Golf. And the interior is a class above the Honda Civic. Sturdy, modern materials you'd find in a BMW or Mercedes. All of the buttons intuitively placed. The speedometer/tach displays were very sporty and refined, not gimmicky. VW simply expounded on an already great car; offered more hp, more torgue, more room, more safety, more features, better design and better handling... all at a LOWER price than the previous model. Buying this car was a no brainer. |

The base version comes with pwr locks/windows, heated mirrors, ABS, Mp3 Player, tilt steering, air.... I would have done with out a lot of that for a car priced around $13k 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit Review:
