I test drove the Rabbit today and was surprised. VW has put a lot of things in it as standard that others would charge extra for. The switchblade-like key is kind of scary, what if the spring breaks? I have a Ford with a 2.5 liter engine and the gas mileage is comparable. I think I am going to get me one. |

Incredible amount of torque from engine propells the car alarmingly fast. On twisty roads in third gear it's a blast...only hit rev limiter once before braking! Cons: How would you improve 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit?
would have liked a little more comfort from 2-door seating...but for the price no real complaint 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit Review:
Worth every euro($)...a blast to drive,more sport than you should get for the money...if you're not careful it could be ticket bait- it is that quick, and you don't notice how fast you are travelling. fuel milage is ok...wish for the Autobahn to see what the car can really do! p.s pass on the automatic...it takes all the fun out. |

Standard Safety feature Honda doesn't have: Traction control ASR (anti-slip reg.)& ABS disc brakes; optional ESP (electronic stability program) will make anyone a safe driver. The 2.5l 5-cylinder. is quiet, smooth & strong. The deep 6 quarts oil sump & timing chain should make this new engine durable & less maintenance. Sealed transmission-mean no oil change. Durable vegetable oil based anti-freeze is also mean less maintenance. 10,000 miles between oil change is a plus. Longer power train warranty than a honda. Finally German engineering & manufactured (most, some are built in S. Africa). Cons: How would you improve 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit?
