What you get for the price is untouchable. Comes standard with all the options most would want. The car doesn't depreciate much at all so the 5-year cost of ownership is awesome. Easy to add custom items. I added about $8k to mine including a body kit. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Scion tC?
I'd like to see multiple choices of spoilers, ground effects...
Car needs more HP. for their target-market of 20 something drivers.
$3800 for the supercharger is a joke, it only adds 40HP. It should add 140HP for that price. 2007 Scion tC Review:
I did a lot of research and test drove a lot of more sporty cars in higher price points and decided on the TC. It's comfortable and fun to drive and there's a lot of room inside, even in the back seat. I fold half the back seat down and get my hockey sticks and gear inside with room to spare. For $18k you can have a practical fun to drive car, or you can upgrade the suspension and add some H.P. and have a car that will go toe-to-toe with cars in the $30k range, and you'll save on insurance too. |

Its amazingly safe, I got in a car wreck on the freeway, hitting two walls(opposite sides) and a sign, my car was totaled, but I was completely fine, with just a sprained shoulder. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Scion tC?

Sleak/contemporary design, sporty feel, quick acceleration, relatively good mileage, comfortable seats, and...fun! Cons: How would you improve 2007 Scion tC?
No rear wiper, radio antenna non-retractable, side mirrors do no fold in and could be an expensive replacement if "clipped," and no dashboard iPod/mp3 player control. 2007 Scion tC Review:

The looks and style are great - mine is Black Cherry it's a beautiful color. Optional things you get with other cars are standard with the TC! Cons: How would you improve 2007 Scion tC?
Not have the moon roof open switch next to the lights on/off button. I keep opening the roof when I want the int. light on.
Should come with floor mats for the price I paid. Front drivers seat (using front under seat pull bar) doesn't go back far enough, I am only 5' 5" and need it to go back further for more comfort. Should definitely have factory tinted window option for all windows - instead of finding someone to do it after the sale! 2007 Scion tC Review:
Highway mpg were 29. It held around 15gallons. Not a bad deal but I paid FULL price for an automatic 2dr with hatchback $17,790 dealer said they couldn't go down on price or would lose their dealership.. not sure if that was true or not. Great car for one person driving back and forth to work. I don't think I would drive it in the snow - it's body is low to the ground. I don't care for the temporary spare tire under hatch - can't go over 50mph if needed and can only use it for a short 50 miles or so.
The DVD that came with the car with the was helpful. After viewing I learned a lot of things need to be reset if the battery is disconnected... so we will see. |
