2007 Pontiac Vibe Review:
I've owned the car for four years, bought it new, plan to drive it into the ground, no resale, great car. Much roomer inside than it appears from outside. Reliable as a rock, it pulls my 17' fishing boat with ease. Great mileage in town(26), so so mileage on the highway(31). I dropped it 2",tinted the windows dark, added a rear wing and exhaust tip, gets lots of compliments, doesn't look like an econo-box. Fun to drive, and can park it anywhere.

Pros: What do you like about 2007 Pontiac Vibe?
It is a good compact car with lots of area for storage. Ability to lay the front passenger seat and both back seats flat means I can load up with stuff from my favorite large box store.

Pretty good gas mileage for a little car but I suspect there are other small cars that have better mileage.

Cons: How would you improve 2007 Pontiac Vibe?
The inside noise is too---ooo loud.

The back seats are too hard for long trips.

I am saddened about hearing that Pontiac is going out of business. I will drive my Vibe into the ground because it will have no resale value. I guess we can thank our wonderful government for picking and choosing who will survive. Say goodbye to America as we know it. The consumers should decide which companies live and which die--not our socialist government.

It's an acceptable vehicle for driving in spring, summer and fall. The fuel economy is good. The exterior is still appealing to me.

Cons: How would you improve 2007 Pontiac Vibe?
Change the seats and make them more comfortable. Also, when adjusting the driver seat, I have to 'schooch' to lock it in position. Change the lights - there's an automatic adjusting of the lights that is hard to get used to. Don't market the car in states where snow and ice is an issue - it is just not heavy enough (or high enough) to handle wintry conditions.

2007 Pontiac Vibe Review:
In the winter, the Vibe has been disappointing. Since purchasing the Vibe new in '07, we have been stuck in a ditch, in a driveway twice and in the middle of a country road after a heavy snow fall. Also, we've had a lot of trouble with ice build up on the front wheels which causes a horrible vibration while driving (and this car is kept in a garage every night). We've always driven small cars and we have never had this much trouble during winters.

An excellent value for the money. Did not buy for good fuel mileage bought because of comfortable seats..period. Would recommend to anyone looking in this category or not. Owned 20 months and never returned to dealer for one problem.

So far Reliable with 82K miles, although sometimes hesitates when cranking... just need to work on a few major details as for as practicality and functionality go.

2007 Pontiac Vibe Review:
Owned 2002 and 2006. I wrote GM on the 2002 of how hard it was to read the speedometer and they corrected it on the next model. My wife and I like the higher seats, head room, and luggage capacity. fuel economy is excellent even at high speeds. Noise level is a little high. engine runs smooth and gearshifts are smooth, but seems to downshift a little too quickly from 3rd gear to 2nd gear. Would I buy another one--You bet.
