| Pros: What do you like about 2007 Pontiac Vibe?
It's an acceptable vehicle for driving in spring, summer and fall. The fuel economy is good. The exterior is still appealing to me. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Pontiac Vibe?
Change the seats and make them more comfortable. Also, when adjusting the driver seat, I have to 'schooch' to lock it in position. Change the lights - there's an automatic adjusting of the lights that is hard to get used to. Don't market the car in states where snow and ice is an issue - it is just not heavy enough (or high enough) to handle wintry conditions. 2007 Pontiac Vibe Review:
In the winter, the Vibe has been disappointing. Since purchasing the Vibe new in '07, we have been stuck in a ditch, in a driveway twice and in the middle of a country road after a heavy snow fall. Also, we've had a lot of trouble with ice build up on the front wheels which causes a horrible vibration while driving (and this car is kept in a garage every night). We've always driven small cars and we have never had this much trouble during winters. |

An excellent value for the money. Did not buy for good fuel mileage bought because of comfortable seats..period. Would recommend to anyone looking in this category or not. Owned 20 months and never returned to dealer for one problem. |

another fwd gear 2007 Pontiac Vibe Review:
Owned 2002 and 2006. I wrote GM on the 2002 of how hard it was to read the speedometer and they corrected it on the next model. My wife and I like the higher seats, head room, and luggage capacity. fuel economy is excellent even at high speeds. Noise level is a little high. engine runs smooth and gearshifts are smooth, but seems to downshift a little too quickly from 3rd gear to 2nd gear. Would I buy another one--You bet. |

It's sporty, stylish, has plenty of interior room and gets good gas mileage. The ride is solid, vehicle is relatively quiet at speed. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Pontiac Vibe?

Very good ride for small wheelbase;Excellent - mileage,cargo room, passenger room,fit & finish. Low maintenance; Cons: How would you improve 2007 Pontiac Vibe?
Add more engine power with a better mated transmission; Improve rear quarter visibility;Improve dash instrumant lighting to eliminate daylight washout;Improve sound insulation for road noise;
Add lumbar support on front seats; Add additional fan speed to Heater-A/C;Improve contrast to door/window/lock controls to eliminate operational confusion;Stability control should be standard.

Overall, I rate the car as next to excellent in quality,design, and operational capability. Excellent mileage, and low maintenance needs.
I have always been concerned as to why GM/Pontiac has never placed any good marketing effort into this car. Possibility because of the Toyota/GM relationship roots. A sad decision on GM's part. This is a car that has, for the past five years, been well ahead in providing excellent fuel efficiency for today's motoring needs, and doing it with equally high quality of manufacture. |

Great looking little car. Good amount of space inside, even in the back seats. Having a conversion van as my other car, I often feel like I am sitting on the ground when driving regular cars. Not the case with the Vibe. You won't win any races but, you'll enjoy the ride. |
