2007 Nissan Versa Review:
First off, I LOVE MY CAR....but there is just a lot of faulty manufacturing in it. Airbag light fell into the dash, parts don't fit together like they really should, and sometimes my ignition literally won't turn so my car can start!!

2007 Nissan Versa Review:
I am sorely disappointed in Nissan in the way they dealt with the repeated brake failure of my new 2007 Versa.
I absolutely love the car, but am disappointed in the mileage, which at the time was advertised at 30-36. We are getting 22-23 and 30 on the road. The car cannot be compared to the Honda Fit or Civic or Toyta Celica or Yaris, as those other cars weigh about 2250 pounds and the Versa 3200+. With all-around air bags, it has to be safer. The Versa (with CVT transmission) is probably capable of doing around 150 miles per hour, and is quite good on the road. HOWEVER...
Back to my brakes. For about a week or more, the power assist on the brakes totally failed. There were two situations where it almost created a problem for me. I would not let my 17 year old 125 pound daughter drive the car. Nissan had factory technicians look at the car, and they could not find a problem.
I wrote them another letter, and some little girl, with no knowledge of cars, calls me to talk to me. The conversation was better suited in a Jay Leno monologue.
I asked Nissan, in writing, that if only one or two parts could cause this problem, why don't they replace them. They do not want to answer my question, and they only tell me that they can find nothing wrong with the brakes.
WOULD THIS MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE DRIVING A NISSAN VERSA?

I think that thisa car blows away the competition at this price point. The Honda Fit & Toyota Yaris, Chevy Aveo don't even compare.

Took Versa for a test drive to see how it compared to my Dodge Caliber w/CVT. Versa CVT is great(like my CVT). Throw 4 speed auto trannies away. At higher speed, passing is superior to 4 speed auto trannies. Greatest backseat for small car.Rides well. Road & engine noise is low.

Cons: How would you improve 2007 Nissan Versa?
Interior is too dark. Wind noise in higher than my Dodge Caliber. The standard radio isn't as good as Dodge Caliber's standard radio.

2007 Nissan Versa Review:
I like Versa & would have bought it if Nissan would have had their CVT in their lowest priced model like my Dodge Caliber which I did buy. On the highway Versa is more secure than other small cars with large vehicles around, but not as secure as my Caliber. The Caliber is heavier than Versa. But I felt there was a bigger solidity gap than just the weight seemed to indicate.

For a small car it is very roomy. It drives nice if your use to driving a 4 cylinder. Excellent on gas!

The trunk area needs a more sportier look. Mirrors on the sunvisor needs lights.

2007 Nissan Versa Review:
I liked the Versa but I traded it in due I need a 6 cylinder and noone in the family besides me liked the shape of the car. I got alot of clown car remarks.
