Front chrome grill already had to be replaced because the chrome turned black.
Rear mud guard flimsy plastic and cracked, due to manufacture default. 2007 Nissan Maxima Review:
Bumper to bumper warranty would not cover cracked mud guard. To replace the mud guard you had to buy the rocker panel as well. $345.00 to repair. Only 22,000 miles on the vehicle, garaged in a heated garage. I was lead to believe that the warranty was better on foreign cars but quickly found out different. |

I like all the gadget, great improvement since 1997 Cons: How would you improve 2007 Nissan Maxima?
Put Toyo tires back on the ride also make it more sound proof, the road noise is terrible, my 97 SE Max was much more sound proof than the 07 SL Max. Do away the the CVT it just drinks up your gas. (very bad idea) 2007 Nissan Maxima Review:
Very disappointed with the road noise can't enjoy the Bose system because of it. |

Great performance with the 3.5 mated to the CVT. Car does look great, Dark Slate with the optional 18" Chrome Wheels. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Nissan Maxima?
Self locking doors, I am surprised that this feature has not been incorporated. 2007 Nissan Maxima Review:
So far this vehicle has been great. Purchased this vehicle for the wife and she loves it so far. (Replaced an Oldsmobile Intrigue) Got the SE model with every option except navigation. I would have rated the exterior a 5 except for a slight gap difference, driver's side hood/fender as compared to the opposite side. Most folks would not notice. Performance is fantastic and the CVT performs well. |

Its okay, I thought it would come out with a bigger bang but its very nice, It hasn't changed as much as the altima did but its nice Cons: How would you improve 2007 Nissan Maxima?

pick up speed, interior is awesome and comfortable. I can't say too many bad things about it. I would like to see self locking doors and a tighter turning radius though. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Nissan Maxima?

bump up horsepower car almost has a turbo lag it pulls very skow off the line. Why is fuel economy so much sorse than my previous 2002 maxima 2007 Nissan Maxima Review:
once on the freeway the maxima opens up good smooth passing power. I am very hesitant on giving the engine any gas, all it does is drop the miles per gallon. This is a very thirsty car and unless you can be happy with 15-16 miles per gallon you need to drive the car like your grandma would, even at that expect 18-19 miles per gallon tops |
