2007 Nissan Frontier

Pros: What do you like about 2007 Nissan Frontier?
I have the SE Crew Cab 4x4 Automatic.
Driving position and leg room (I am 6 foot).
Utili Track system and bed extender.
Highway ride.
I can reach all of the controls on the dash very easily.
I like the storage compartments with the nets under the rear seat.

Cons: How would you improve 2007 Nissan Frontier?
Gas mileage could be improved, but this is a 4x4 truck with a strong V6 under the hood.
Nissan should include the manual lumbar support in the SE.

2007 Nissan Frontier Review:
I considered a Honda Ridgeline. Really liked some of it's features, but I just could not get comfortable behind the wheel. Had not considered a Frontier, until one on a dealership lift caught my attention. Sitting behind the wheel of the Frontier and it felt like a good fit. All of the controls are with in easy reach. The bed is low enough to be able to get to the cargo without having to climb in it. Although I have not been able to use the 4wd, I like being able to lock in 4HI on the fly and the ability to lock in 4LO. Kids riding in the rear seat of the Crew Cab say the seat is comfortable.

V-6 power.
Style.
Comfortable seats.
Spray-on bed liner.
Adjustable bed hooks.
Steering feels solid.
Storage space under the rear seats.

Cons: How would you improve 2007 Nissan Frontier?
Improve the turning radius.
It could use a better stereo.
Back seats space is too small for adults.

2007 Nissan Frontier Review:
The frontier is a solid truck. I have the crewcab so the turning radius is a big problem, especially in smaller parking lots. Fairly stiff suspension causes constant bumps on the bad LA freeways.

Power!
Shifts smoothly, good size for city driving, cruises nice on the freeway.
Handles well on dirt roads, too.
Easy cleaning interior, roomy enough. Can reach all the controls easily.
Nice bedliner.
Good value, I am very satisfied.

Turning radius is my main complaint, could be much better.
Window arm rest and seat back gets uncomfortable after a few hundred miles.

2007 Nissan Frontier Review:
I have the 5 sp manual, 4 cyl, total bare-bones, not even power windows. Only extra is cruise control as I take road trips all the time. Love it for zipping around town, too. So much better than my lemon F150 I can't even compare, and that was electric everything. I put a shell on the back & head for the desert to camp all the time. Bought brand new, this has become my favorite truck out of all vehicles I've had and I've always been a Ford girl.

Great Truck, I guess I am the only owner who uses it for non city use though. I hear lots of complaints about the plastic interior. The plastic is so much easier to get mud and dead animal blood off of. I use mine as a hunting and fishing machine.

Poor gas mileage.
Poor turning radius. (Not made for parking lots which I am ok with.)

2007 Nissan Frontier Review:
I have added a lot of "extras" to mine. The only issue I have had was the evaporative canister off of the fuel tank has an air hose going into the frame and with the off road use it gets dirty causing the check engine light to come on. Easy to clean out but a minor headache to take off.

2007 Nissan Frontier Review:
Love the truck, but after 3 years 100,000 miles it appears to be falling apart - windows inoperable, tremble in transmission overdrive shift.

Serviced regularly at dealership where purchased, expected at least 300,000 miles before we start experiencing any powertrain problems, wife does 90% of driving, just expected more I guess. Other than this, overall good truck. JC. SC.

2007 Nissan XE King Cab W/AT, Power Package, Bedliner, Bed Extender.
Great Looks!
4WHL Disc Brakes-Good Acceleration (Hey its a 2.5 4 Cly).
Heater comfortable, Cold AC and nice Interior setup!
Seats are comfy and the Radio/CD Player have a great sound.
Hauls 1.5 Yards of Soil or Mulch with no strain and fills the needs for the household.
22.6 to 23.4 MPG All-around average!

Cons: How would you improve 2007 Nissan Frontier?
Tighter Radius Steering Rack.
A Balanced Tailgate that's not as heavy to lift.
Maybe a higher stance like 2"more!
Otherwise a nice rounded pickup!

2007 Nissan Frontier Review:
Well what's to say! My Frontier does everything for the household chores, with no issues. Did well in the snow is long as you don't go stupid! Main thing as that I don't miss the F-150 and the 6 addl gallons of fuel to go the same range approx 425 miles on 18.4 gallons of fuel on the last tank!

the only thing i would do to improve the frontier is add the 5.6 V8 option.

Close 2nd to Tacoma, a better value for the money. I owned 06 KC 4x4 before I bought 07 Tacoma Crewcab 4x4. Frontier was good to me!

1. Built in GPS/NAV system.
2. Could handle a bit better. Seems a bit squirrelly on some surfaces (bumps) and with crosswind.
(That's about it actually).
