Zip! This car is as fun to drive as my first Spitfire, but with a lot more power!
The whole experience is sport car feel and you really feel connected to the road.
Great gas mileage.
My 6'4" son has no problem fitting in the car.

Cheap armrest is in way of parking brake.
More gauges, esp Water Temp, Boost, Oil Pressure. Also would like a sensor for coolant level. (Had a coolant leak and did not know until I no longer had cabin heat.)

2007 MINI Cooper Review:
One of the best cars I have ever owned. Great mileage, great performance. Fantastic customization options. Run Flat tires have saved my rims several times this pot hole season. Car has rattles and squeaks, and engine noise is ever present.

If you want a quiet luxury car, buy something else. If you want a driver's car that will keep a wide mouth grin on your face as you take corners, this is the car for you.

I own an r52 convertible and absolutely love it. I got rid of a Jaguar for this vehicle. Top is down from 30-90 degrees. Just got a wind screen and what a difference.

2007 MINI Cooper Review:
It's to hard to get to anything like to change the oil. I don't like the sealed cooling system and have had a problem with the ac since day one. Also, the tail pipes stick out too far, I got burned and have to warn everyone when getting anything out of the back. Oxygen sensors, the dealer wanted over 600.usd to change the two on my car. I took it to another mechanic and he wanted 570.usd. I bought them on line, under 60.with the shipping. Car cost way too much to maintain.

Fix the plethora of squeeks and rattles, improve ride smoothness. Traction control and stabaility control should not be controlled with one button, its all or nothing. You always want stability control but not always traction control. Stop moonroof from sticking closed in hot weather. Improve dealer service staff's capability and truthfulness. Fix engine gremlins, engine clatter on cold start, engine is also very loud (sounds like a diesel). Auto up windows were never an option on 2007 and most of 2008's, it should be a software upgrade but its not. Sunroof should auto open and close and the sun shade is pathetic. Oh and be careful with the exhaust tips, you'll get burned because BMW/MINI's engineers could not figure out that if they stick out past the bumber people might get burned. It took the Feds to threaten BMW/MINI with action for them to finally recall the cars after numerous customers got burned.

Way over priced!!!!!!! Hassel (Freeport, NY) & Manhattan Mini have horrendous service technicians and advisors. MINI has no handle on their dealer network and lets them run wild abusing customers. The last BMW/MINI product I will ever lease/own!

Roomy for the size, fun to drive, love going topless.

Better seats, Have the sport seats and would like more support. The convert. gives you a couple bad blind spots with the top up.

2007 MINI Cooper Review:
This is a fun car to drive. It is easy to use all the controls, the car has great pick up and stopping distance is very good. I have a convertable that is easy to use just push and hold a button to raise and lower the top.
