| Pros: What do you like about 2007 Mazda MAZDASPEED6?
Engine low end torque and mid-range punch.
Snickety smooth 6-speed manual trans.
Great ride/handling trade off.
Awesome combined MPG - 25-28 mostly around town!
Huge difference on top end with Mazdaspeed intake and Magnaflow exhaust.
4 wheel drive on ski trips and dry road, rail-like cornering when going around long sweepers and 4-wd kicks in. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Mazda MAZDASPEED6?
Taller highway gearing to allow high speeds and better MPG.
Had to roll fenders to fit a 225/40 - 19" tire.
Fuel Pump caused engine stutter and fuel starvation / fuel cut till fixed under warranty - much smoother and consistent acceleration now. 2007 Mazda MAZDASPEED6 Review:
No car at this price point ($18k used Grand Touring fully optioned with 18,500 miles) combines comfortable cruising, explosive mid range acceleration and torque, gas mileage, 4 wheel drive, limited edition good looks and exclusivity, reliability, and amazing highway punch in 6th gear. Car was given a bad rap when it came out, as magazines apparently did not use 93 octane (or test car at Car & Driver was defective (? fuel pump) and car requires this for maximum acceleration. Have been to 1/4 mile track and run 13.8's with only intake and exhaust. |

Everything...... Runs great and VERY strong and fast. Handles well but would handle better with a little bit wider tire. the 18 inch rim is good. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Mazda MAZDASPEED6?
Little bit wider tires. Also after about 4500rpms the car seems to just hold a strong speed unlike most cars the seem to continue to excellerate closer to red line. |

Redo the gauges, they are difficult to read during the day. Clutch grabs too high. |

I had a g35 and loved it until I wrecked it. The speed6 is just as fun to drive, just as sporty and costs 8K less. Acceleration is breath taking. Interior is handsome for a car in this price range, very near to Audi fit and finish. You must see and drive it to believe it. Understated looks makes this a great sleeper ride. BMW 330ci's cannot keep up with me from light to light or at high freeway speeds. This car pleasently surprises anyone who who goes for a ride in it. Most people are shocked when I say its a Mazda. |

# 1 - The clutch. The stock clutch settings are HORRIBLE.
# 2 - all season tires. People buy AWD cars so that they can be good in all seasons. I'd sacrifice the bit of performance necessary to not have to spend $1000 extra on snow tires. 2007 Mazda MAZDASPEED6 Review:

i would have it where back seats come down,and intercooler should in front so we can change it with no problem but i'll have to work around it soi guess thats all 2007 Mazda MAZDASPEED6 Review:

If you want a sports sedan that competes with BMW and Infinity in all but the most luxurious features, drive this car. I bought one for $26,000. It looks good, drives incredible, and the ride is tight but not harsh. Around 6 seconds to 60. I got 27MPG last tank. Manual trans only. The GT version with leather seats is much nicer. 4 cylinder turbo generates 274 hp. Very strong midrange. All wheel drive. Corners with the best of them. |
