Surprisingly good handling, responsive. Good styling, and very comfortable seats for vehicle in this class. Warantee is very good. Mileage good. Emissions very good. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Ford Focus?
Needs center arm rest, blinker sound is very annoying-sounds like a toddlers plastic clock. Rear lower bumper panel behind wheel seems a bit flimsy. Doors sound "tinny" when closing. Needs side air bags standard and ABS brakes standard. 2007 Ford Focus Review:

Eventhough it's due for an update, this small Ford is still worthwhile to own. At least I hope so! Cons: How would you improve 2007 Ford Focus?
I'd add electronic stability control to the options mix. 2007 Ford Focus Review:
My review is simple: I wish Ford would pay more attention to this little critter of a machine. It's way past due for a complete overhaul, and the present series is passed over, I'm sure, by those wanting more flash for the buck. I would go for the Focus in a heartbeat, but there's something I saw sometime back that's turned yours truly off to it. I was walking home one morning and I saw this brand new ZX3, in silver, parked across the street. I went over to check it out and what I saw was just a turn off. Apparently the owner had a mishap somewhere, and the rear bumper was torn, believe it or not, into the sheetmetal of the machine itself. The gash was small, but deep, and it gave the impression that the sheetmetal used on/in the vehicle was of a peach can on wheels type of thing. I repeat: that was a turn off. It looked as if the Focus was made of thin sheetmetal, cheap and too easily pliable in such a thing as a minor parking mishap. Bummer! Not a good thing to see. I speak for myself on this.

drive-Great handling and shifting from 5 speed. City MPG averages 26 miles per gallon. Have not measured highway MPG Cons: How would you improve 2007 Ford Focus?
Make side air bags standard. Interior acceptable, but, could use additional places to hide small items. Better quality materials.. 2007 Ford Focus Review:
Overall a good little car.
for the money...I paid 14,999 for a Focus ST with side air bags, Moonroof and anti-lock brakes. So far sooooo good. |

Over all this is a great car! It is just what someone needs for traveling back and forth to work--or like me to college everyday. I drive 37 miles one way to college and back. This car has been great since I got it! It is far better than a 2000 Dodge Neon that I owned which had the dual sway bars and etc. It also is far better than the 2002 PT Cruiser which I traded for this car. It isn't fancy or fast. But, it is good safe transpo. That's the important thing! |
