That we did not buy this car, but rented it while on holiday in Georgia Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Nitro?
Where do I begin..First, I would have included a dash board. Next, I would have placed the window switch on the door and not the armrest where you would rest your arm and accidentally open or close the window. Also, if you have two legs, you will definately have trouble swinging them around the rear wheel well to get inside. Oh and thank goodness that glove box isn't a fraction larger or it would hit the speaker on the door along with your knees. 2007 Dodge Nitro Review:
Well, I think this will sum it up "What kind of car is that?!!" The response we heard while driving on Isle of Palms in South Carolina. Needless to say, I think Dodge was in to much of a hurry to get this vehicle on the market. Next time Put a little thought into design. |

Impresinve styling with its strong stance and bullish look. Im also quite impressed with the choped look of the roof line and long nose gives this vehicle a look of its own. I love the interior with the upright windshield which alows the dash to be pushed forward giving the impresion of space, makes this ride feel more roomy than it looks from the outside. It drives like a combination of a SUV and sports car. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Nitro?
I would like to see more adjustment in the seats with increased hight adjustment taller drivers could lower the seat more and not feel like they are about to smash their head into the roof. Also although quite functional the cruise control leaves somthing to be desired, being squashed into the lower right opening in the steering wheel it is not easily accesable. 2007 Dodge Nitro Review:
Drives like a combination of a SUV and sports car with alot of inovative style and funtinal options this is a grate ride and I look forward to the evolution of this new breed. |

Style, safety features for the price, interior versatility. Vehicle is worth what I paid for it. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Nitro?
Smaller outside mirrors! They create a blind spot, at leat for me. The power seat control is hard for me to get to. Better gas mileage, 5, 6, or continuously variable transmission. Ride is stiff but I expected that although it might be a problem for some. Ride could be improved. 2007 Dodge Nitro Review:
I am pleased with my Nitro. I was interested in something to replace my 2002 Ford Ranger Off-Road 4X4 pickup. I wanted more room, no longer needed a pickup, and wanted something with the new safety features such as ESC. As I am retired, gas mileage was not a critical issue. Also, as a younger man (I'm soon to be 69 years of age) I owned a variety of performance cars, street rods, and custom cars. So, something with an "interesting" styling was important to me. I no longer own any special interest vehicles but still have an interest in them and also motorsports.
My Nitro is an SLT 2 wheel drive. The only options are Sirius Radio and the Inferno Red Crystal Pearl Coat paint. I paid in the very low $20's for this vehicle and think it is well worth the money. |

I like the fact that it's bigger than a liberty, yet still has a very smooth ride. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Nitro?
I would make sure that there is more room when getting out of the car(i'm 6'5), + i would place the rear view mirror in such a way that it would not detract from driving. 2007 Dodge Nitro Review:

Make it easier for kids to get in and out of with handles or a step. 2007 Dodge Nitro Review:
This is a vehicle with excellent value. I can use it to tow kids around, pack groceries in, drive it in 4WD on my snowy dirt roads, and have it tow our pop-up camper to vacation, or put the trailer on it to haul firewood. It is a van, a car and a truck all it one car. A true SUV at a reasonable price! |
