Exterior design - stands out.
HEMI performance with MDS - Genius!
Lots of little things, like the fact you can grip your hands fully around the interior door handles. Not just a flimsy cup like design.
Utility of 4 doors and plenty of trunk space.
Placing the battery in the trunk- great idea!

Interior. Somewhat already addressed on the 2008. The Bezel for the radio and temp cluster had a strange cutout for the knobs that could make adding 3rd part GPS/DVD look awkward. 2007 Dodge Charger Review:
The 07 Charger R/T is a very solid feeling car including the "clunk" of the doors; it gives a sense of quality. You can feel that the car has a bit of weight, but still handles well. The V8 more than compensates for the weight. It down right pins you back to the seat at take off.
The car provides a nice quiet, smooth ride, with plenty of power when needed. The 4 doors and big trunk make it very practical for everyday uses. Placing the battery in the trunk next to the spare has several advantages. It places the weight over the rear wheels, makes changing easy, and really extends the battery's life, as it keeps heat and cold directly off it.
The interior has lots of room, but the design may be a bit plain for some. I kind of like it that way. There are no plastic tortoise shell accents that might warp in the hot sun.
After a couple of months driving in wet and dry weather; I am very happy with this purchase. |

Everything!! The styling, the power,..I would have bought a Nitro but it's still in the first year. I wanted to stick with Dodge and I'm not disappointed. In addition to the three packages that I ordered, I got a good deal on the sunroof. Initially I didn't want it, but I'm so gald I got it. In the evenings when the sun is setting, I can crank it open and just enjoy the atmosphere. Truthfully I only use the A/C when someone else is in the car. I am one of those people that always uses my turn signals. However, with the placement of the cruise control, the left siganl indicator is hard to see. I tried adjusting the seat in order to get a better view however, I felt a little awkward sitting so high and too far forward. It definitely could be lowered, bent little further down, or placed somewhere else altogether. Also, I find it hard to believe that you invest that much into the purchase of such an awesome vehicle, yet I had to pay extra for an alarm system. That seems a bit odd. 2007 Dodge Charger Review:
I am so elated with my new car!! I thought that I would just go around stomping the accelerator every chance I got but in fact it's just the opposite. The dealership let me take one home for the weekend and I pretty much got all of that out of my system then. I drive about the same if not a little slower than I did in my last vehicle (01' Rodeo). I don't want to draw a whole lot of attention to myself but at the same time, my impreesion is that most people know it's a beautiful car (Inferno Red) that can pretty much blow the doors off of the majority of the cars on the road (w/ style, comfort, and luxury). I wish the fuel economy was a little better but hey, you can't have everything! It's also very flattering when the local police are intrigued and actually inquire about it as well. |

My 2007 Dodge Charger R/T has been just a gas. It rides like a dream, has just a superior sound system, looks like a million buck and just plain kicks ass! I have had nothing but great comments on how it looks. I have achieved 25 miles a gallon on a recent road trip! Outstanding job Dodge! ps it has hit 137 and was still only at 4500 rpm! Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Charger?

I love the way to body looks... you know just Mean. Because this was my first American car I was completely turned on by the way the car looked with my 22inch rims . I also liked the roomy feeling I have inside, everyone seems to have their own space. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Charger?
The crappy 2.7 liter engine needs to be re-thought or completely done away with. I bought mine brand new at 0 miles it does not perform the way I thought it would. I have had everything from seatbelt holders falling off, headlights going out, oh yea also the tranny sucks. Feels like 3rd gear will jerk out. 2007 Dodge Charger Review:
If I had it to do over I would never have bought this particular model. My next car will certainly be an import. Honda , Acura, or Toyota. |

The transmission can be a little jerky when accelerating slowly. 2007 Dodge Charger Review:
I don't own the car yet. I rented one for 4 days. Loved driving it. It went 100 mph with ease. The Trans is jerky when you are light on the gas but it shifts smooth when you give it some gas. The ride is comfortable and I'm glad it has an ipod input standard. |

Better interior. My interior is so cheap looking and so hard to keep clean. Also, my transmission seems to jerk and at times has a very rough ride. This is probably my last Dodge Charger. This was my dream car & I am very dissatisfied with the whole thing. If I had it to do over, I would probably buy a Honda or Toyota product. One of these will most likely be my next purchase. |

This is absolutely the best car I have owned. It has met and exceeded my expectations. I installed a K&N cold air intake and the mileage has increased to 18.3 around town and 28.3 highway. I have the 322 watt stereo with sat., nav, Bluetooth. I have an R/T but it has the perf. steering shift exhaust package. Highly recommend that. Buy one, We have a 05 Avalon also and this car blows that car away. |

Muscle meets practicality.
Room for adults in rear.
Sporty interior with a solid feel overall.
Handling is crisp and the power is incredible even in the base 3.5 liter engine.
Every time you give it throttle the car asks you for more. It feels as if it's just excited as you yearning to go faster and faster.

Make the R/T Daytona more affordable. How about the availability of the SRT 8's monster 6.1 liter V8 in the Daytona too? Lots of car lovers love the R/T Daytona's color scheme, but at the same time really want that 425 Horse Power...Just an idea, might be worth it. 2007 Dodge Charger Review:

The SRT provides neck snapping acceleration, eye popping good looks, overall performance is superior: accelerates like a bullet,stops on a dime, handles like its on rails. Seating is very comfortable with large side bolsters that support you during high speed turns. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Charger?
The SRT sticker includes a 2100.00 gas guzzler tax. Higher insurance rates. Poor gas milage. Cheap plastic looking interior. A car that has a sticker price of 42000.00+ should include things like a light in the glove box, spare tire,and other items normally included with cars far cheaper. Lacks many of the options available with most cars today such as memory seating, backup sensors, focused headlights, bluetooth, ect..ect. In fact many of the options that are available with the Chrysler 300 are not available on the Charger. Why! 2007 Dodge Charger Review:
The SRT is the next best thing to sex. The outstanding performace is only out done by cars running at least 20,000.00 more. The attention the car gets is unbelievable. Every time I drive the car I'm stopped by people who want to ask me about the car and tell me how much they love the looks of the car. I'm stopped at red lights, car washes, grocery stores, shopping malls,doctor offices, on and on. And it's the young, the old, male, female. I even had a 71 year old woman stop me who knew the specs of the car better than I did! All the attention makes you feel like a rock star! The SRT takes an already fine car and takes it over the top. The 6.1 hemi with 425 horsepower, brembo brakes, mercedes drivetrain makes for a car that can best be catagorized as a poor mans BMW. It is not as refined as the BMW but it certainly has it beat on looks. To sum it up; if your looking for a affordable high performance muscle car that causes those around you to drool; this is the car for you! |

Driving the Charger SRT8 is the next best thing to sex. The performance makes the car just plain fun to drive. It's fast as a bullet, stops on a dime, and corners like it's on rails.
