Very good engine and 300 hp make driving fun.
The SS package, sunroof, and Bose sound system with XM make for a great car.

Styling, comfort, power of a real V8. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Chevrolet Impala?
Get rid of the OE Goodyear tires. I replaced mine with Firestone Firehawks at 500 miles and never looked back. 2007 Chevrolet Impala Review:
A fun car to drive. Definitely no problem keeping up in traffic. I have had this car since Nov 07 and have 1 warranty claim to replace backup battery for Onstar. The car handles well in all weather and roads. On a trip to FL I averaged 26.3 mpg with the 5.3 V8. I plan on keeping this car for a long time. |

Nothing,I paid 30,000 for a 2007 impala SS. I thought by now the problems below that some GM engineer would have solved. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Chevrolet Impala?
The mirrors are too small.
The inside of the mag wheels are corrosive and peeling and Made in China.
Bad outside wind noise.
Bad blind spots.
The chrome tail pipes are very pitted.
Poor gas mileage and noisy piston slap when cold on the v/8.
The door handle froze open and engaged all the locks.
I was much happier with cars of yesterday. I will trade GM for a 1964 Chev SS 409 two door hard top for this piece of junk. 2007 Chevrolet Impala Review:

Improve on the cheap, noisy, rattling dash, block out the outside wind noise when driving. 2007 Chevrolet Impala Review:

Nothing. Unfortunetly our experience with our car has been nothing but problems and headache for us. We would never purchase this type of car again and would not recommend it to others as well. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Chevrolet Impala?
have moldings stay on on without falling of numerous times. Get the bugs worked out of the factory auto start. Window has been replaced as it grinded on the way up and down, seatbelt needed to be replaced, and other small things have been done to it as well. 2007 Chevrolet Impala Review:
I am not happy with the car at all. My side moldings have fallen off 4 times and the factory start has had to have 2 updgrades to it already and still does not work properly. I would like to have GM and Steinbrings Chevorlet, Alexandria, MN "dealer" stand behind their product and assist the customer better. They both have passed us off that there is nothing that they can do for us. |
