New exterior design. Luxerious interior. Overall smooth ride, with better than average power. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Acura MDX?
More elegant rims.The front and back bumper should not have any black plastic inserts.That makes it look cheap.They should completely match body paint as is the case with the RDX. Improve the gas mileage, and I would have like it to have more road noise sound proofing. Also, needs second row seats to have adjustment for more leg room like the Nisson Murano. I like dark interiors because they do not show the spills and dirt as easily as light colored ones. Everyone with kids understands this. I do not like the fact that I can't get a white exterior with a dark interior. The buyer should be able to have a light and dark interior option, no matter what color they choose. 2007 Acura MDX Review:

We have only had our MDX for about a month but we have really liked it. We tried out all completing SUV's and decided on this one. The ride is very nice and includes a number of conveniences. At first we were not sure about the looks but the longer we have it the more we like the way it looks. |

I was in the market for an SUV and spent a great deal of time researching Toyotas, the Lexus GC 470 and the MDX. While I have driven Toyotas all my life and certainly stand by their own product lines, I decided this time to move up in the luxury scale and thus narrowed it down the the Lexus and MDX lines. While the Lexus holds a slight edge in overall comfort, the MDX was the clear winner in performance, styling and "family-friendly" design features. We love this crossover SUV. It offers a great deal of driving comfort in its own right, but also offers the opportunity (in the Sport package) to switch over to Sport mode for superior handling and road grip when you want to let loose a bit. The 5.1 surround sound system, capable of playing DVD-A disks truly envelops you in superior audio sound. It's a pleasure to drive, holds seven passangers very comfortably (although the 3rd row works best with the little ones) and it makes driving a funfilled experience. |

Acceleration and road handling is amazing. I feel as if I am driving the TL but in SUV version Cons: How would you improve 2007 Acura MDX?
Automatic wipers and making tailgate standard. Then the car would be almost perfect. 2007 Acura MDX Review:
I have owned the TL and previous MDX and this time Acura has out done themselves with this car. It is fun to drive while enjoying the SUV feel at the same time. I have had my car 2 months with 3000 miles on it. Lets just say I like taking the long way home. |

Styling is a plus--no longer a soccer Mom SUV. Handling with Sport package is impressive. Sound system, Navi system, and voice recognition all well-designed. Appreciate navi system display that is separate from audio and climate control fxs. Cons: How would you improve 2007 Acura MDX?
Premium fuel requirement--but if that means less HP, then I'm OK with it. Don't have enough miles to determine actual fuel economy, but that has been a negative with other posts. 2007 Acura MDX Review:
MDX is commonly compared to Audi, Benz, and BMW. It holds its own perfromance wise. Although this is a new model year, I will take Acura's reliability history over these 3 any day. |

I looked at the Lexus RX 350 as well, but was not ready to give up the option of a 7 seater - I like the roomieness of this over the Lexus as well - Ride is great - and handles beautifully! I was ready to give up my mini-van, but not the "room to haul" on the inside - This fit the bill! I looked at all the others in this "group" of auto's and love my MDX - had the roof rack and side boards added, as well as the side moldings!
Great car after the first month! |

Just bought a 2007 ent & tech mdx edition. but we couldnt drive it out of town because there is something draining the battery after six to eight hours. brought to the dealer a couple to times but unable to pinpoint and fix the problem. they keep it to test for a week, they couldnt find anything wrong with, pick it up and the next morning battery is dead again. we are very frustrated. dont even dare get one. |
