| Pros: What do you like about 2006 Toyota Sequoia?
I just love my heated seats. It is cold where I live at in the winter. I will never trade off my Toyota, I will drive till the wheels come off. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Toyota Sequoia?

When I stop, I feel a slight jerk ever so often. My mechanic also said it could not be fixed.
The ABS light and brake light kept coming on. After numerous trips to the dealer they finally had to replace the computer b/c they could't find out what was wrong. No problem with lights since. Covered under warranty but barely. I only had a few hundred miles left before it ran out. 2006 Toyota Sequoia Review:
The jerking when I stop does concern me. I wonder if I'm going to have transmission problems in future. Don't know if I should trade it in or keep it and take a chance of a major repair in the future???? |

Skid control comes on and car slows down for no reason at all while driving on highway up to 60mph. |

Very roomy!
Drives smoothly and feels solid and safe when I drive it.
I love the aggressive look of it. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Toyota Sequoia?
1.Would be nice if passenger seats were a little bit more cushiony and plush like the American suvs.
2. When I stop completely sometimes I feel a slight jerk forward. Toyota mechanic says all 2006 sequoias do that and its not fixable. I guess it is a down shift flaw to me. 2006 Toyota Sequoia Review:
Over all I love my Sequoia, my whole family feels very safe in it. We love driving it. Took it on a long road trip up to sequoia national forest, it handled the tight turns with ease. |

Clock could be better positioned. Combine outside air temperature display with inside a/c temperature setting. Move center differential lockup switch to a less accessible place so that it cannot be easily pushed by mistake or by a curious passenger. 2006 Toyota Sequoia Review:
I traded in a 2005 4Runner for this vehicle due to uncomfortable seats. The Sequoia is comfortable, yet firm and handles good for a vehicle of this size. My fuel economy has averaged 17.5 MPG on a mix of 75% highway, 25% local driving. The build quaility is excellent and there are no squeaks or rattles. The 4.7L V8 is refined and responsive. Step on it at 40 mph and you will feel pushed back in your seat. My vehicle has a 4.11 rear so it has good acceleration. The 5 speed transmission shifts very well. There is an enormous amout of room for hauling cargo or people. All accessaries work well. Overall, I am very pleased with this vehicle and don't plan to sell it anytime soon. |

Bigger air vents in back, allow navigation entry while driving to route around traffic, add blue tooth support, larger DVD & navigation screens, allow silver paint with lux package, more HP (325+), better gas mileage, memory seats/mirrors a separate option with 2nd row bench seats. 2006 Toyota Sequoia Review:
Excellent vehicle - drives great compared to chevy/ford - always feel in control - no over steer or under steer problems - nice, tight steering wheel. DVD works great. Touch screen navigation requires vehicle to be in park to enter a destination; however, you can use the other features while driving. Air vents are loud with fan on high - especially in 2nd and 3rd rows. Could use more cup holders in front seats - one each on long trip is not enough. No squeaks or rattles... great truck overall! Very happy with my purchase! |

Excellent SUV all the way around except fuel economy. If you don't mind paying more at the pump though, this vehicle will make you think you are driving on a cloud. This SUV has the best resale value for the 2005 model for SUV's. Now you can't beat that. |
