Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? 7 Speed transmission is ultra smooth, audio system, brakes, seat comfort and support, overall look and style. Has large cup holders, very good driver visibility front, rear and sides. Access compartments and extraordinary Harmon Kardon audio system. The 12 speakers put you in a "Concert Hall" from any seat. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Enlarge Sun Visors to eliminate mirror area open spots to shield sun. Tire wear mileage should be improved. Front "knee room" should be widened, as a 5' 9" driver, my right knee is looking for a comfortable "spot" that is taken up. 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: Outstanding vehicle. Rides like sedan, transmission very smooth, gas mileage very reasonable considering weight. Engine wants to get to lower gear, yet retains passing power with smoothness. Quiet, comfortable and the feel as well as the look of a Mercedes Benz. As previous Mercedes Benz owners we expected a lot and received more! Downhill speed regulator and "On-speed" cruise control make longer (200 mile plus) trips a pleasure. Solid-Solid- Solid! The "Three Pointed Star" shines a Strong and Bright path.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? leather steering wheel. Harmon-Karden stereo. Power liftgate. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Too many options for a price. On a $50,000 car, many things should be standard. 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: I love this car. It??s my first Mercedes Benz. I had a 2001 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer, and words cannot even describe the difference. I'm in love, and so glad I waited. I never liked the previous body style, but this one is sleek, smooth, and beautiful. So many heads are turning when I glide by people. Don't see many on the street in Los Angeles though.

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Internal features - I would make some more features standard - such as BiX head lights, etc. - I would improve the navigation software. - I would make a clock available on the display. - Climate control is not precise. 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: Compared to the previous years model, the redesigned 2006 model is more stable on the road, has better suspension, and perfect acceleration in this line of SUVs. Test drove Infiniti, BMW, Acura. ML is by far better in pretty much any of the categories - road and curve handling, braking, acceleration. Fun to drive.

2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: After 8 days of happy ownership and only 200 miles, our ML500 had serious transmission problems, couldn't be driven and it spent the next 4 days in the dealers shop. All this, after waiting an extra 2 months for delivery so "Mercedes could be sure of no quality problems". This was our departure from 15 years of owning Lexus...and we are going back to Lexus. It is a shame because the car is a beauty and rides incredibly well. Too bad the Germans have forgotten how to design and manufacture a car for reliability. By the way, the Mercedes navigation compared to Lexus is far inferior....Lexus makes it so easy to use. When your emotion grabs you to go for style...think quality/reliability.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Everything Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Hybrid??? 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: I used to drive a Corolla so when my wife and I planned to look for a second car we did a little research. I was opting for the new 3 series from BMW, but the minute we saw the ML, wow! Everytime I get close to the car, I can't help but stare at it. Gas mileage... who cares about gas mileage? It doesn't even matter, it was just too fun to drive. The looks, it's #1, no complaints. Build quality, you can't compare to anything. Everytime I get in and out of my car only one thing comes to mind "YOU GOTTA LOVE WHAT YOU DRIVE."

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Air suspension and V8 engine Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Get that navigation unit out of there. Look to Infiniti, Lexus or Acura for nav. Also guages are lame. Think electro luminescent. 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: First time owning a MB and comming from a long line of Infiniti's I love this SUV. Handles great w/ the Air suspension. But next to my partner's M35 the NAV on my MB is the worst I've seen yet. It cant find half the things your looking for and then it sometimes puts you in the wrong area. It seems Germans know how to make a fine ride but when it comes to technology, the Japanese have the upper hand. Id love to see some Japanese technology integrated in here.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Appearance package, worth every penny, and the GPS system is excellent. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Upgraded stereo could have louder speakers through out, and why no Bluetooth? 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: Great SUV, value considering the price of competition. Solid, strong, responsive and nice updated styling. Get it, you won't be sorry

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Phone,Navigation and all the options I bought(loaded with everything) Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Add the pulsating seat option with the comfort package like I have in my S500 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: I traded in my 2004 Escalade because I was tired of driving a big truck everyday. This is my 9th Benz and compares great to my 2005 S500. Although smaller than the Escalade, I have more features.(my ML500 is loaded with every option available including the phone) Only problem so far is that I need a new air pump for the air suspension feature. I'm told this had been a problem in some of the 2006 models. Overall, I would highly recommend. I'm avid Benz driver and Benz got it right on the 2006 ML500.

2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: I bought the car in May 05 and returned it within a week due to transmission problems at low speed. When in traffic there is a loud bang when upshifting or downshifting between first and second gears. I received the following comments from the dealer: 1. The vehicle is operating within normal limits 2. The vehicle has to adapt to the driving pattern of the particular driver and has a "memory" that can only be reset if the car is driven from 80mph to 0mph without braking and coming to a complete stop. 3. The vehicle needs software updates. After the 6th return I made a huge stink and they replaced the transmission. So far everything seems to be ok but I no longer have confidence in MB.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Exterior styling, gearshift on the wheel, great radio. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? MB has to do something about their service! The car company acts as though they don't care once they have sold you a car. They try to send out flyers and questionnaires to customers, but, do they read them? They need to take a look at BMW. I have a new 330i as well and their service is exceptional. 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: After driving this vehicle with a slipping transmission and screeching brakes for the last 4 months along with 5 trips to the dealership I think MB needs to work out the kinks. Although, when it does work, it performs beautifully. I just hope Mercedes starts making them a little better.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? The acceleration improved after about 500 miles of driving. Great exterior look. Comfortable rear riding. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Reposition the turn signal. Replace the exterior vent with metal. The plastic parts look cheap. Get a new navigation system. 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: My first MB. Has rough downshift from 2nd to 1st gear. Acceleration gets better after 500+ miles. One day after a heavy rain, the CD player failed to eject the CD and displayed "no CD" in the unit and I had to use a plier to pull it out. The rear door also failed to open at the same time.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? New shifter , instrument gauges , size , ride etc Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Gas mileage , do something about it (diesel engine , hybrid anything) 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: Had an old Ml320 for 5 years and like it. This one is a far better car , drives better , looks better and has all this bells and whistles. It doesn`t drive like a SUV anymore. High quality vehicle.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? The front of the SUV is stylish. The back end; however, could use a little change by redesigning the tail lights. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? The only things that I would change are to include Memory Seats and Heated Seats with the leather seating option. I have to adjust the seat every time I get in it since my wife is the primary driver. I also shouldn't have to spend a lot of money on other options just to get heated seats. 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: The ML 350 is deserving of all the accolades it has received so far. This SUV rides like a dream! It is quiet and comfortable with plenty of power. The stereo has theatre like sound that makes you hate to wanna turn it off. If you want a great ride at an affordable price, the ML 350 should be at the top of your list.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Love the extras that I added. Chrome...lots of chrome from door handles to the grill. I also upgraded to tires.I have a white ML350 and all of this sets it apart from the pack. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Love it just as it is! 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: I did my research before buying my ML350. I love it! It's beautiful and rides like a dream. I'm on the road a lot and needed a comfortable ride. I am also tall, so it was important that there was great leg and head room. It runs great! Absolutely no complaints. The controls and gadgets inside are designed with a lot of thought to detail. It's a fun SUV to drive and I would recommend it above the competition any day. Drive one today if you are looking for beauty inside and out, you won't be sorry.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? AIRMATIC, Appearance package, Lighting pacage, Sunroof, 3-zone climate Control, Power tallgate, heated front seats :) Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Navigation should be a lot better and it should have bluetooth and a back-up cam it should also have voic control. The rear seats should be able to be heated. And you should be able to get vent seats in the front. 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: I bought this car when it first came out and I loved it. but after a month something went wrong with the airmatic so I had to return it for a new one. I just love the ML i got it's fully loaded with everything and i think it is just great. This is the King of SUV's.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Lighting Package with turning headlights and turning illuminated fog lights. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Touchscreen navigation with more options as in Lexus 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: Great SUV. Traded in 2003 Escalade ESV for ML500. Had test driven Range Rover Sport HSE, BMW X5 4.4 and Porsche Cayenne S, but ML500 is the best. Great Style, quality and faster than all of its competitors. 0-60 mph for ML500 is 6.7 sec. (X5 4.4 - 6.8, Porsche Cayenne S - 6.9, Range Rover Sport Super Charged - 7.3 (HSE - 8.2))

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? The vehicle handles very well and the premium package comes with beautiful wood and the seats are very comfortable. The power latch and the air suspension are very nice features. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class? Make the rear curtain airbags standard. One should not have to pay for safety options. It would inspire great guilt if one economised by not ordering that feature and if it led to an avoidable injury. They should truck vehicles from the factory and not first rail all eastern vehicles to Detroit. 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Review: The vehicle was ordered with a factory installed towing package. It was forgotten by the factory and can not be added post-market. It also mated with the Mercedes bicycle rack. This was a real bummer. The dealership said this was a fairly common factory problem. Not great for the Alabama Mercedes Quality Control. While I was offered a few sweeteners to take a vehicle without the towing package, it ended up leaving a somewhat sour taste in my mouth. I have contacted Germany to see if more can be done. I thought they were really committed to getting the US factory bugs worked out. The center console opens in two different ways and the latch sticks. That is a minor concern.
