| Pros: What do you like about 2006 Mazda MAZDA6?
This is for a 2004 Mazda6. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mazda MAZDA6?
I would never by a Mazda 6 or Mazda ever again. Since 2004 I had the fuel pump go twice, the alternator twice (only 22 000 kilometers between each change). The ignition once, the brakes a number of times with 3 calipers replaced and the routers a number of times, my muffler had a break in it (same time the alternator went), the parking break broke, the back door lock latch broke, the oil changer lid broke and needed to be replaced, the front dash computer doesn't light up all the way, and to top it all off EVERYTHING IS RUSTING EVEN THE TRIM AROUND THE WINDOWS -- I don't understand it at all I got HUGE LEMON don't by Mazda! |

It handles better than any sports sedan I've driven. As good as a BMW for tons less money. Rock solid suspension that does what it's supposed to do on any highway. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mazda MAZDA6?
I would provide better Michelin tires instead of entry level Michelins. I'd put the same door pull on drivers side as passengers side. Aside from these two things, I'd change nothing. 2006 Mazda MAZDA6 Review:
Best build quality, best dash build quality, ease of smooth feeling controls reeks quality for this priced car. Far better than some of the high end cars that can't even come close for precise fit and finish, both out and inside the car. |

This is a WRX for grown-ups. It blends performance (speed + handling) with sophistication and value. Quality is superb, inside and out. The clutch takes a little bit of getting used to, but the car just keeps getting better each month that you drive it. The speedo bears some watching, as the car seems to like 90 on the highway and 80 on the back roads. It's a bargain. |

Exceptional handling. Mazda did a great job on the suspension and wheel and tire package. Very responsive transmission. Power driver seat is very comfortable with adjustable lumbar support. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mazda MAZDA6?
2.3L basic engine should be tweeked to gain 15-20 more horsepower. Ok as a commuter. Driver seat could use 1-2" more legroom. 2006 Mazda MAZDA6 Review:
Car is an excellent value for the money. Paid less than $20K for a nicely equippped hatchback. |
