style, height and the LEXUS name of quality. Very quiet and responsive engine.

add more 12 V outlets especially in the middle o two form seats and one for the rear seats.
add more water bottle holders. there are only two in front. the accord even offers more with a couple in the doors. The pockets in the door are so useless.
The music system is sooooo outdated.
The rear doors open the wrong way opposite to the curb. maybe ok in japan but in US we need it to open towards the curb for easier loading / unloading.
more storage.. even a Honda pilot offers more.

Love the style. its a little too tall so for some getting and out maybe an issue but certainly better looking than the wide body LX 470. Love it over all.

More gadgets, have lighter, powersource and seasts work when the car is off. Improve A/C, car won't cool down on 90 degree day, have options to change computer settings without dealer help, improve radio: I have the upgrade and it sounds poor, install satallite radio in car so i don't have to spend $600 extra. Change back door design. have key fobs that recognize driver and have driver one and driver two settings. My suburban has more stuff on it than the lexus. i bought the car for name recognition and resale value but am a bit disappointed.

upgraded stereo stinks, more bells & whistles, my loaded suburban has more options,abiltiy to change computer settings by myself instead of through the dealer. Controls for working the computer data on the steering wheel instead of dash, two seperate key fobs to indentify seperate drivers, get rid of tape deck, heated seats that allow only back or back & butt,

I love this truck! I just purchased a 2006 GX 470 with all of the bells and whistles. From the navigation to the mark levinson system and bluetooth functinality, this truck was designed with the busy executive in mind. I've owned the BMW X5, GMC Envoy and Infiniti FX 35, nothing compares to the Lexus GX 470!!!!!!

Lots of electrical/automatic features, like the lights, steering wheel, windshield wipers. You almost don't have to do anything except turn the wheel.

Having owned a GX 470 for about a year, I can honestly say that Lexus builds great cars, and that Lexus dealerships take great care of their clients. Overall the car drives just like many other Lexi, bland steering but with a solidarity only found in a few other car makes.
