Fix steering wheel noise. They put a new clock pin in but it is just as loud afterwards. If this is something that happens with most of these cars, I think buyers should be aware of this.

I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY HYUNDAI ACCENT. UNTIL I WAS IN A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT AND MY CAR WENT OVER A 30 FOOT EMBANKMENT, AT TIME OF THE ACCIDENT MY CAR AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. I HAVE CONTACTED THE FUCCILLO HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP WHOM I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM TO LET THEM KNOW THAT MY ACCENT WAS DEFECTIVE AND SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE DONE. I RECEIVED NO RESPOND OR SUPPORT SO I DECIDED TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, ALSO BBB. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THAT LOOKED INTO AND DETERMINE THAT THERE DIFFINATELY WAS A PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE. I CAN BE CONTACTED AT (315)404-9943. I HAVE TRIED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE, BUT NO RESPOND. I WOULD APPRECIATE SOMEONE ATTENTION REGARDING THIS MATTER.

I don't like anything about my Accent. The dealership soured me on the vehicle (Castle Hyundai). There was an unfortunate situation that happened. I had originally bought a 2006 Tucson and am now paying $16,900.00 for an ACCENT. Make sense to you not to me. I will never buy another vehicle from Castle Dealership.

Nice exterior design, and excelent interior, very confortable for driver and passengers. Good engine power to be a regular sedan.

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Hyundai Accent?
Independent rear suspension and black bezeling for headlamps.
Standard alloy wheels ;-)

I am very satisfied of having a 2006 Accent. Very nice performance, excelent gas meleage and good internal equipment for the price. The interior details and seat fabric is excelent. It is a real best value car.

i have driven this car for a month. everything is fine. i made this speed up 120 mile on high way. it was not bad about comfortable driving. design is fine and engine power is good.

2006 Hyundai Accent Review:
I traded my 01 accent in and planned on getting a tiberon with the v6. I ended up going with the accent again. I had 93000 on the 01 and it is great on gas. The build quality of the 06 is much better then the 01, which is great to begin with. The main thing and the only thing I do not like with the 06 is the rear suspension, which I can live with. Hyundai has done it again with the 06 accent and is getting better fast year after year, Toyota, honda, watch your back. This korean manufacturer knows how to build them. (I was also looking at the Kia spectra 5, but the 2.0 is not worth the extra cost, same company anyways.)
