Seat ht. adj., great stereo, comfy seats. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Honda Accord?
Let's face it, MP3 players are everywhere...Honda did it right in the Element making a stereo jack standard. They need to do it here too...and put speed sensitive volume control on the stereo. Can no longer lock the doors by pulling the handle out and depressing the lock button. 2006 Honda Accord Review:
The LX-SE has great features in an outstanding car for decent money. You can't go wrong if you drive tons of business miles. Good feel from the road without being harsh. Great acceleration for a 4 cyl. Excellent resale value down the road. |

All the technology (audio, navigation system, climate control, lighting system both inside and out, and Home Link) is outstanding. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Honda Accord?

The new Accord is a very well thought car. I like the way the center console slides out for more room. The center console has an additional power outlet which can be used for charging cell phone, while the regular power outlet can have the radar detector hooked to it. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Honda Accord?
Honda should provide some upgrades like heated side mirrors and sliding sunroof as standard features on cars costing 20K+. Other than that I cannot think of anything right now. 2006 Honda Accord Review:
I just bought the SE about a week ago. I love the way it handles. It is my first Accord and I love it. I would not go back to any other car. I traded in my Jetta for this Accord, and tell you what, it's like a HUGE upgrade. Sure I miss the heated mirrors that I had on Jetta and the sunroof. But I will settle for an Accord without them. |

Dual exhaust, new rear design, xm satellite radio, heated seats, heated mirrors, anti-lock brakes, day-time running lights, front & side curtain air bags, 5 star crash test rating Cons: How would you improve 2006 Honda Accord?
None so far, but I've only had the car 2 weeks. Will re-evaluate after 6 months or so. I want to keep a close watch on the brake issue reported by other Accord drivers, but my brakes seem to inspire confidence, let's just hope that continues to be the case over the long haul. 2006 Honda Accord Review:
My last vehicle was a Ford F-150 Supercrew. Great truck, but the gas mileage was hurting my pocket book and I felt guilty burning up all that valuable fuel. I had previously owned 3 Hondas and loved their reliability, so I decided to check out the new 2006 Accord. I was impressed with the new look of the car and as soon as I got behind the wheel I felt like I was at home. The car looks great (conservative sporty), has a tight driving feel, excellent acceleration, great ergonomics and reasonable gas mileage. It may not be quite as sporty as our other vehicle (a 2002 BMW 530i), but for the money it is tops on my list of sporty four door sedans! |

If you want a fun, stylish commuter that's thrifty at the pump, this is your car. So far I've averaged 32 mpg (measured by me) despite having nearly 170 hp on tap--a magnificent engineering feat by Honda! My perception of 4 cyl engines is forever changed. This is a quiet, comfortable, fun, economical and FAST car. Don't get the 4 cyl engine for your teenager thinking it'll keep him/her out of trouble! The five-speed shifter is butter-smooth, and with a hyraulically-assisted clutch makes putting the 170 ponies on the ground an enjoyable endeavor. And for the icing; airbags all around-- head, side and front. I'm very pleased with this vehicle! |

Safe, solid choice! I would recomend the V6, I tested the 4 cyl, and lets face it no matter how peppy it is, it's 80 hp less. Very quiet cabin. Very quick to respond, excellent brakes. I got tired of looking like a fool when trading in an american car. And probably I was a fool. Resale value on Honda is great and that says it all. |
