| Pros: What do you like about 2006 Ford Fusion?
I like the overall appearance with the 06 Fusion. But beauty is only skin deep. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Ford Fusion?
I have had all the door handles replaced at least once (I am getting all facts and figures together as we speak to dispute a problem with that), the back windshield has shattered on me just for closing the trunk, the keys got stuck in the ignition, the battery melted the cables, the low profile tires are unnecessary for this car (too expensive and don't last), and all 4 rims are now bent slightly on one spot for unknown reason. 2006 Ford Fusion Review:
I like the way the car handles. Our daughter picked out this car. I personally would not have picked out this car for myself although now I am driving it. I don't like the black exterior on black leather interior. In Texas that is not practical. But that is not the car's fault I just would not have picked it. I like the stereo, I am a little concerned though after doing this research about my airbags. I hope that I don't have any collisions anytime soon. |

The best thing in the car would have to be the 6 mixer in the dash board and the suspension. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Ford Fusion?
Blow it up. Improvement on the Ford Fusion would cost a lot of money and I don't think that consumers would be willing to pay for the extra things to make it better.
They also need to adjust the toe and camber on the a arms so that it doesn't tilt as much when you're turning into those hard corners. 2006 Ford Fusion Review:

I got the 4 Cylinder & I love mostly everything... It's real spacey in the interior and the seats have a microfiber touch to them. Very Comfortable!!! I love it more than all the rest and for the price it is PERFECT!
The gas consumption is the best! Cons: How would you improve 2006 Ford Fusion?
The microfiber touch to the seats pick the lint... You would need a lint brush to really keep the seats looking beautiful.
If you pick up too fast it feels like stick shift because it jerks a little bit... 2006 Ford Fusion Review:

Looks.
Ride.
Interior and exterior size (very easy to park in tight spots).
Very, very few problems so far.
Good power.
Fun to drive. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Ford Fusion?
Gas mileage is terrible (V6 - city as low as 15.8 to 17 avg - highway only around 22-24).
Noise from tires on extended highway driving a bit loud.
No light in the rear portion of the car.
A little bit more headroom (yes, I have the sunroof).
OEM Michelins - terrible wear and terrible in the snow, had to replace at around 40K miles.
Shiny black plastic in the mid portion of the dash is almost impossible to keep clean (lint magnet). 2006 Ford Fusion Review:
