This wagon drives like a well engineered luxury car. With a 5.7 Hemi engine, this wagon can surprise the unsuspected chalenger. Has more room for cargo than most small SUVs and the lift gate opens wide enough to load large boxed items without damaging the trim. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Dodge Magnum?
With all of the room inside some people might have trouble reaching buttons on the dash. Having the radio controls on the steering wheel are a must. Another must is all wheel drive and traction control in northern driving areas. This wagon doesnt go in the snow very well without it. 2006 Dodge Magnum Review:
The great looks and custom styling turn heads everywere. With a 5.7 Hemi you will have enough power to get by any peski slow driver on two lane highways. So comfortable and so much room inside that the kids wont have room to reach echother in the back seat. |

This car drives like a high priced luxury vehicle. People cant help but look at it and ask questions about it.A lot of thought has gone into the engineering of this car/wagon. The brake system, the all wheel drive, traction control. Very comfortable and powerful with a 5.7 Hemi. Gas milage isnt as bad as you might think. |

It's Stand out agressive styling that dodge puts into all of it's vehicles. Gives a whole new meaning to the wagon. The magnum is all about muscle ,even the base2.7 liter is eager for a quick gallop to sixty. The interior is very masculine with a definite muscle/sports car feel. Makes people loyal to any car brand peek inside with envy. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Dodge Magnum?
Not that the base 2.7 isn't quick enough but why make the horsepower 190 if you're going to come that close to 200, just make it 200. 2006 Dodge Magnum Review:
Very fast and sporty, interior is straight forward but relates a feeling of muscle and power. Really fast and sporty, a lot of bang for your buck. all said and done it makes the wagon cool again, hands down. |

Handling is #1. Couldn't be smoother. Space inside is #2 - everyone gets a great seat and a great view and ca take 3 adults' luggage to the airport. #3 is that body style - unique and sharp. #4 is the great bluish color of the interior dash at night. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Dodge Magnum?
Did anyone consider how hard it would be to hook a childseat seatbelt with the armrest down? Also, cup holders put larger cups right under drivers' elbow. How about automatic rear latch opener? 2006 Dodge Magnum Review:
I have been driving a Pontiac Sunfire (2) since 1996. With my kids grown, a sporty little 2 door was all I needed. Then came the grandkids. The came my mother and her wheelchair. There was NO WAY in a Sunfire. I love the Magnum's look! It handles as easily as the Sunfire tho I have some concerns about winter driving in Ohio wtih a rear- wheel. I can't say eough abou the room. I've ridden in the backseat and I wouldn't hesitate to go cross-country in it. Gas mileage 20 mpg city and fill up was a real shock to me. The absolute selling point was the pedals coming to me (at 5'4") and ease of handling. It gets a lot of stares and questions. I first said it when I bought it. Love at first sight! |

Improve the interior appointments. It's cheap looking. Too plain. Tune the Hemi to get better mileage in town. Wheels should be chrome not polished 2006 Dodge Magnum Review:

All in all this is a great car. There are a few things that we don't like. The size and cargo is excellent. We packed our house in it for the evacuation of hurricaine Rita. The car drove great in 28 hours of traffic , never ran out of gas. It has large gas tank and great fuel economy. The things we dislike are that the air conditioner blows hot air at you when you first turn it on. This is annoying when it is hot out. The other things are that the arm rests are extremely hard and hurt your elbow. The windows are high so when you hang your arm out the window it is at an uncomfortable angle. But most of the things we love about this car. |

I noticed some flaws in the the interior, near the headliner, there are a few gaps near the A and B Pillars, and there is a popping sound that comes from the windshield. 2006 Dodge Magnum Review:

I have the smallest engine, wish it was just a little faster on acceleration. I would have bought the Hemmi if I could have afforded it. Never experienced driving a car with a Suv feel but luxerious smooth comfortable drive.The dash dials and lighting is similar to mercedes,round white and simple, very similar to my sisters mercedes and drives just as smooth.Great touring car also,can't hear the outside traffic,backseat console with cup holders,air and heat controls in back also,reading lamps.liftgate lifts without having to lift it.Lights all up,has extra ac adapters in the back for tailgating. All kinds of cubicles to store stuff, air curtain bags on windows and airbags in front. Safe front seat for kids, air bag shuts off for them. Has a Hot rod look mixed with a wagon |

love my Magnum. My wife told me that I had to loose the sports car because we had children. I couldn't bare the "m" word. (Minivan) I figured that if I had to loose the sports car, I might as well purchase a family car that hauled some serious tale, and cornered like it was on rails The Magnum is such a wonderful option in a vast sea of the same. The power and handleing are second to none. Not to mention, my fuel economy is wonderful, even with the Hemi engine. No mechanical, quality issues thus far. Very impressive. You really need to check this car out for yourself. It is absolutely amazing. |
