Pros: What do you like about 2006 Cadillac XLR? Love My 2006 XLR, I get lots of complements on it. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Cadillac XLR? Too much road noise, penion gear or transmission noise when not accelerating. 2006 Cadillac XLR Review: I Like this one, but wouldn't buy another one.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Cadillac XLR? The looks, it's small sporty and universally appealing. I haven't seen anyone who doesn't think it's a beauty. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Cadillac XLR? Oh boy where do I start. I bought a 2005 XLR it spent months at the dealer. I had to buy another car just to get back home after taking it there a dozen times. It was always something, electrical, oil leaks etc.. But I was so madly in love with it I couldn't bear to part with it, the husband could (he had to take it back and forth to the shop 2 1/2 hours away). We had it declared a lemon and bought a limited 2006 model. I know stupid, kick me will you. Well we bought a care transport trailer shortly after it's first of many trips back to the dealer to fix the oil leaks and the retractable roof. I just got it back two weeks ago and drove it twice. The tire went flat, don't know why so it needs another trip back to the dealer (they don't fix runflats in my town). I still love the car but for the life of me I don't know why. I guess it reminds me of my daughter, drop dead gorgeous and a royal pain in the @s$!!! 2006 Cadillac XLR Review: The XLR was a good initial trial for GM but they didn't do much to improve on it. All of them seem to have the problems with the seals and roof sensor. I was very disappointed with their customer support department. When we complained they basically said stick it, we don't care if you can't get back home (we had just returned the rental since we thought we were taking the "repaired" car home). They accused us of failing to maintain the vehicle (the car had < 2,000 miles and 5 oil changes what else did it need?). They did everything to make the experience a nightmare. I'll never buy another GM product even if they manage not to go belly up. I bought a Lexus, hated the way it looked, called it an old clunker but the car performed beautifully and the service was excellent, never a hint of problems. I know we should buy and support American car manufactures but after the GM experiences I am not sure it's worth the money or the hassles. I was more disappointed in the dealer than the flaws in the car. In fact after the first car was declared a lemon they wanted us to give money back for the trade in saying they gave us too much!! Wow, never heard of that before!

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Cadillac XLR? The hardtop convertible that completely tucks into the trunk in ~ 39 seconds. This is truly an outstanding feature and, when closed, it feels just like a solid roof. 2006 Cadillac XLR Review: The XLR is the perfect car to cruise the boulevard and turn heads from young and old alike. We just like to drive around and watch people watch us. So many come up to us when parked that we have made new friends all up and down the east coast. It sounds like a hot rod and doesn't disappoint on performance. The car has all the luxury features one could ask for though cabin storage is really non-existant.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Cadillac XLR? Exterior design Cons: How would you improve 2006 Cadillac XLR? Poor handling. Steering wheel is loose. 2006 Cadillac XLR Review: My Cadillac XLR has no truck room. I parked the car in Soho, NYC to see people's reaction on a Sunday afternoon. 30% of people stopped to look at the car and some took out their phone camera. It drives like a GM car, it does not have stiff handling. At high speed I want the stiffness.

2006 Cadillac XLR Review: Having just purchased a 2006 Cadillac XLR Limited Edition model...it has lived up to or surpassed my expectations. It has a wonderful ride and much more storage than I would have expected. It's a true pleasure to drive. It's definitely not your Daddy's Caddy!

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Cadillac XLR? OnStar of course. This car draws a crowd wherever I go. If you don't want to be recognized...stay away from this car! Cons: How would you improve 2006 Cadillac XLR? I love it just the way it is! 2006 Cadillac XLR Review: I purchased this car in Cathedral City, CA and drove it cross country to FL. What a joy! The handling and ride were outstanding. This is my dream car, I can't even imagine anything topping it, although I am sure they will in years to come.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Cadillac XLR? The looks. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Cadillac XLR? Build quality vehicles and provide better customer support. 2006 Cadillac XLR Review: After three repairs for a non-operative roof (the sensors went bad three times) my 2006 Cadillac XLR has an engine knock. It was diagnosed by the dealer as "inappropriate spark detonation" the problem has still not been solved even after three more visits to the dealer and a "site visit" by Cadillac's engineer. The car has been out of service for nearly a month since I purchase it, with no end in sight. I also own a new Cadillac STS, and there is no comparison between the cars. It is a shame that Cadillac cannot seem to get it right. Next time, it'll be a Mercedes-Benz SL500.
