Quieter tires / tire choices. 2006 Acura RL Review:
The RL is one of the most perfectly balanced vehicles in this class / pricepoint. It is well built, detailed and feature laden, wonderful engineering with aluminium structure use and great balance of luxury features and ride without sacrificing sporty driving. It is a sleeper in the market, but very under promoted. |

I have the technology package and the gadgets are unending and they all work too. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Acura RL?
Head lights. they simply don't project far enough. On low beam its like driving infront of a large black curtain. People on the side of the road are only illumiated from the waist down and by 30 MPH, I am over driving my lights. On high beam they are less effective than the halegon from previous years. I often test the combined lighting of fog and high beams and few oncoming drivers even notice that my high beams are on. In short, I think the lights on the 2006 Rl are dangerous. |

I like the design of the car and the sound system. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Acura RL?
I would fine tune to the accelaration to ease out the roughness and ensure that the front end is nice and tight without the concern of the car wandering. 2006 Acura RL Review:
I am currently experience some problems with the front end and steering. I had my 06 RL in for service four times since I purchased it on Oct 31, 2006, with 188 miles. The front rotors and brakes were replaced, the front tires were balanced and crossed rotated, a four wheel alignment was done and then two new tires were put on the front. I am still experiencing the same problem of the car pulling, drifting or favoring one side. I have driven other 05 and 06 RL's and have not experienced that problem. I am diligently trying to understand if the design of the car with the SH AWD should perform like this. It is not a good feeling. I am quite frustrated with the way the car is handling. |

18" wheels as standard and more exterior color choices. 2006 Acura RL Review:
This car is a sleeper. WIth 11,000 miles on my RL, I can honestly say this car is the best bang for the buck in the $45 - $55K price category. It's equal to he Lexus GS and Infiniti M35 but for thousands less with the same level of quality and reliability. |

Interior design, interior electronics packaging (navi, stereo, etc.), exterior design (doesn't photograph well), nice ride/handling balance. Interior noise levels low. High quality leather. Cons: How would you improve 2006 Acura RL?
6 spd transmission, and one that shift a little quicker. I would trade some HP for more low end torque. Would like a clean diesel option. 2006 Acura RL Review:
Terrific all around car. At $50 there might be better offering on the market, but with end of year discounts it's a bargain. Completely satisfied with the car and the Acura dealership. |

bigger trunk 2006 Acura RL Review:
This is my 4th Acura experience. It seemed the prior models always lacked something the other luxury sedans had, i.e., horsepower. The new RL has it all; horsepower, design, performance, electronics, and very good fuel economy. What a pleasure to drive, especially on mountain highways. |
