2006 Acura MDX

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Acura MDX?
I've only owned this SUV for 1 week but I'm very pleased with the performance. I think the ride is smooth, it accelerates without hesitation, the sound system isn't bad. I have rear entertainment system but haven't put it to use yet.

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Acura MDX?
I would include eyeglass holder, roof rack should have cross bars, I know the 2009 comes with ipod hookup, I wish the 2006 did too. I would have liked that cargo door didn't unlock when all other doors are unlocked.

2006 Acura MDX Review:
So far I'm enjoying my MDX and I think I'll get a good couple more years from it. I bought this car certified and I'm happy with my choice.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Acura MDX?
Its exterior appearance is within impressive look. Smooth ride, average look on its interior luxury accessories; third row space is just good for young children and becomes tight for average young adults. On its size of the car, i think the engine power drives good enough for the ride even with full passengers.

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Acura MDX?
Definitely the tire humming sound when driven within 45 miles in the side street and 70 miles in the freeway that really so annoying. Need roof rail along with the cross bar. Wind noise is another annoyance when driven in the freeway.

The breaks on the 2006 acura mdx wear to soon. After only 14,000 miles I needed new pads front and back and rotors in the rear. Is this a reoccurring problem for 2006 MDX????

Exterior Fit and Finish The Hood does not line up correctly with grill

Turbulence/vibration..Had wheels balanced/transmission/transaxle replaced..no improvement. problem persists throughout freeway driving range 85 km to 125 km(e.g. 55-85MPH)..Any suggestions for next steps??...Vehicle 5 mos old/7500 miles.

Improve fuel economy.
Increase horsepower (Upgrade to DOHC)
Price too high
Add additional accessories as standard (ie running board, cgo net) with high model touring nav/dvd

I use my MDX to bring my family (3 kids included) to the snow in the winter months and I have a hard time limiting it to that!!
