Pros: What do you like about 2005 Hyundai Tucson?
It O.K. It's nice.

Cons: How would you improve 2005 Hyundai Tucson?
Put a timing chain in the eng. The timing belt is about 800.00 to replace!! The mech. said, Hyundai cars will take money and more money to keep them going. A tune_up is about 400.00. A water pump is about 300.00!! To much money to keep it going!!!!!

Cons: How would you improve 2005 Hyundai Tucson?
difficult to diagnose problem issue, 7 mechanics ... still nothing ... rpms jump up while car is still driving same speed ... possibly bucking transmission ... so much for warranty, I'm second own ... prior to purchase, carfax history fine ... after less than year replaced bearings and gear shift lever ... now this at 73698 miles

Pros: What do you like about 2005 Hyundai Tucson?
I love the space and the look of the Tuscan.

Cons: How would you improve 2005 Hyundai Tucson?
2 things I would improve. The arm rest needs to be at a better angle so you can actually use it. The second is when your gas light comes on it doesn't warn you that you need gas. 2 minor things.

2005 Hyundai Tucson Review:
My Tucson has 22,000 miles on it and has been in the shop five times. There have been electrical problems that are "difficult to diagnose". My radio was draining the battery causing the battery to die and the car not to start. The most recent problem caused the engine to turn off while I was driving, I lost steering and brakes and almost wrapped it around a tree. So much for those safety ratings.
